The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paprynski scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Jackman closes the distance but Paprynski moves to the side and Paprynski connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jackman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Paprynski as he avoids it easily. Danga de danga de dang - Paprynski scores with a four punch combination! Paprynski lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackman circles away quickly and effectively. Jackman really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill... Paprynski moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Jackman closes the distance and clinches up with Paprynski, looking for a takedown. Jackman pushes Paprynski against the cage but Paprynski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. He has the arm isolated but Paprynski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Paprynski is trying to get back to his feet. Jackman sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Paprynski is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Jackman has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Paprynski throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Finnson clinches. Finnson jumps guard and drags Kawulski to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Kawulski trying to control the position from guard on top but Finnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Finnson is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Kawulski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Finnson seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kawulski is looking to control Finnson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kawulski avoid being mounted? Kawulski really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Finnson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Finnson wants to stand but Kawulski is controlling his posture from full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Davey Finnson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Finnson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Jankowski screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
