The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fry manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Fry looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ferreira is fending him off so far but Fry persists. Nope, Ferreira circles away and we're back to standing.
Despite the aggression on Ferreira's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seinfeld has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Seinfeld there as he acknowledges the shot.
Cobra bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
We've been told by Cobra's head coaches at ELITE Island Gym - 19 Elite Coaches that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Cobra scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Seinfeld shoots in but no luck this time.
Seinfeld takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Cobra lands a left and a right that send Seinfeld crashing to the mat, dazed. Cobra thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Gerald Seinfeld has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cobra lands a nice looking body shot.
Seinfeld fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Cobra dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Cobra blocks a jab.
Seinfeld goes for a double leg but Cobra avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Cobra continues to drive forward.
Kyle Cobra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gerald Seinfeld.

Cobra feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Seinfeld sprawling to the canvas! Seinfeld rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Cobra finish him?!

Seinfeld is rocked!
Cobra is stalking Seinfeld. Seinfeld circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Cobra, and it's lights out! Seinfeld really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
