The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bones on the wrong end of a nice hook. Horrible takedown attempt by Bones or perhaps it was just good defense by Castellana, which made it look bad. Bones will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Castellana lands a big uppercut and Bones crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Bones looks OK. Castellana waves Bones back to his feet!
Bones is rocked!
It looks like Billy Bones has been cut. Bones fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Oh Bones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Bones. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Castellana cracks Bones with a left hook right on the temple and Bones goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Castellana lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Bones is OK!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jan slips a jab and a cross from Beard.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Jan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Beard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jan paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jan wants to counter with a clinch but Beard pushes him away. Jan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Beard to the mat! Beard manages to get full guard. Beard is trying to keep Jan in close.
Beard knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jan on the ground. Beard is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Beard tries to clinch and Jan counters with a shoot takedown. Beard fights it but they end up in guard. Beard has his feet on Jan's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Jan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Beard looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Jan advances nicely into full mount. Jan raining down hammerfists from mount. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jan controlling the position easily from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bartlomiej Jan dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Jan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Beard was covering up waiting for the punch and Jan finishes the takedown easily into guard. Jan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Jan has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jan is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Jan controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Beard seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Jan has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Jan works to advance to full mount. Beard defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Bartlomiej Jan has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jan tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Jan is continuing to stall. Jan looking to secure an arm triangle but Beard defends it well. Jan controlling his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beard sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Beard tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Jan has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Jan controlling from mount. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Beard is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bartlomiej Jan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sicari pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Sicari waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Baby. Sicari misses with an uppercut. Baby saw that one coming. Baby throws a lazy head kick and Sicari counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Big Baby has been cut. Sicari swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Baby does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Sicari looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Baby throws a head kick that misses. Crunch! Baby slams his shin into Sicari's torso. Baby ducks under a wild hook from Sicari. Baby ducks under a wild hook from Sicari. We've been informed that Sicari has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Baby looks to land a body kick but Sicari moved away. Sicari rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Baby moves out of range and avoids them all easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Baby tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Baby ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Sicari lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sicari. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Baby avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Baby throws a lazy head kick and Baby takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. The fighters circling - Sicari throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Martino Sicari is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Potter tries to keep at a distance but Bak has taken the fight into the clinch. Bak lands a damaging elbow.

Potter throws a big right hand that misses. Bak keeping moving, preventing Potter from controlling successfully. Bak bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Potter's guard.

Bak sitting in guard here, content to control. Bak tries to free his leg and advance position but Potter is retaining full guard. Bak wants to stand but Potter has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Potter pulls Bak in close to prevent any damage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bak looking to sit in guard and control but Potter gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Potter's coach down at Cozad MMA Las Vegas was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Potter's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Bak closes the distance and pushes Potter back into the cage. Knees to the body from Bak.
Potter is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Bak to keep the fight standing. Potter takes an elbow to the forehead. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Potter wants a takedown but no success here.
Potter misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bak landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Potter tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Potter has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Bak after a bit of a struggle. Bak comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Bak scores a nice knee to the body.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Potter shoots in and bounces Bak off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Potter trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Bak manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bak sitting in guard, not really doing much. Potter is working an open guard so Bak takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Soren Bak is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Potter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Bak tries to close the distance and clinch but Potter swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Potter with a poor takedown and Bak counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Potter attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Potter closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bak circles away. Bak throwing a counter right hand but Potter manages to avoid it. Potter keeps the fight on the outside. Potter tries to counter with a clinch but Bak shakes him off and moves away. Potter shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Potter stops Bak from getting back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bak is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Potter pulls his head out easily. Bak has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Potter is working away from the top position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Potter looking to score a takedown here. Bak is defending well but Potter drives through and ends up in Bak's guard. Soren Bak overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Bak is looking to stand up but Potter won't let him. Bak stands and throws Potter's legs to the side, diving into side control. Bak has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Bak tries to close the distance and clinch up but Potter swats him away and circles back towards the center. Bak misses with an attempted mid kick.
Potter wants to counter the offense by Bak and move into the clinch position. Harry Potter has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Potter misses with a takedown and Bak counters with a lovely shot to the body. Potter takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Potter swings widly with a right hand
and Bak connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bak swats away the attempt to clinch by Potter. Potter moves into the clinch. Bak lands a takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bak decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Potter, up you get!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bak tries to clinch but Potter is having none of it. Potter misses with a takedown attempt - Bak sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bak fails with an attempt to clinch.
Potter tries to close the distance and clinch but Bak swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. As Potter tries to get set, Bak tries to push him back and clinch up but Potter manages to avoid the attempt. Bak stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Bak pushes Potter up against the cage in a clinch. Bak keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Potter's efforts to push away. Potter ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Potter no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Potter managing to control the position. Potter working for a triangle but Bak defends it easily.
Bak engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Soren Bak is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zaiou dodges the punch combination from Vencedor.
Vencedor lands a lovely overhand right. Vencedor uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zaiou.

He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Zaiou trying to control the position from guard on top but Vencedor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Zaiou tries to free his leg and advance position but Vencedor is retaining full guard. Zaiou is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Vencedor looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Zaiou has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Zaiou throwing shots but Vencedor is blocking nicely. Zaiou thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Vencedor's head. Zaiou throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Vencedor on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zaiou sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Vencedor defending well though. Zaiou winds up and cracks Vencedor with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Zaiou wants to work for an arm triangle but Vencedor is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zaiou looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Vencedor with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Zaiou seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Zaiou with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Zaiou tries to pass to full mount but Vencedor defends it. Zaiou throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Zaiou is looking for a kimura here.

Mukafi is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mukafi walks straight into a right hand from Belyakov - that's dropped him! Belyakov jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Mukafi from any more punishment! Mukafi complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Voronov lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Salmon takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Voronov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Voronov jabs Salmon to the body, keeping him at a distance. Voronov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Salmon eats them both and turns towards Voronov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Slippery Salmon has been cut. Voronov tests Salmon's chin there with a solid looking shot. Salmon takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
