Pacquiao looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Unit utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Unit scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pacquiao, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. 8 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jack Hass! The judges for this bout are , and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dinero cracks Hass with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Jack Hass has been cut. Hass is looking to clinch. Hass throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dinero was covering up waiting for the punch and Hass finishes the takedown easily into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dinero looking for a guillotine here but Hass defends easily.
Dinero manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Hass is looking to improve his position but Dinero isn't that keen on the idea. Hass tries to hold on but Dinero postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dinero wants to finish this one by submission but Hass is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Dinero. Hass is looking to get to half guard. Hass is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Dinero working for a submission but Hass is keeping him at bay. Dinero is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Hass is surviving well by controlling Dinero's body position as best he can. Dinero is looking to stand but Dinero has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.

Dinero seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hass does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Dinero looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Dinero is breathing heavily. Dinero is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hass defends it well. Hass looking for submissions off his back. Hass is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dinero pulls his head out easily.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Dinero fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hass manages to avoid it. Dinero misses with a takedown attempt and Hass counters with a nice uppercut. Dinero misses with a takedown and Hass counters with a nice uppercut. Dinero swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Hass shoots and misses and Dinero counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Hass waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Dinero. Dinero avoids a lazy jab quite easily. The fighters circling - Dinero throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Andrew Dinero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hass throws a hook but Dinero blocks it. Dinero throws a sloppy body shot
and Hass moves into the clinch. Hass tries for a takedown but Dinero manages to get underhooks.
Dinero drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

That was a close round but I would say that Andrew Dinero will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jack Hass's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Hass avoids the body shot from Dinero.
Hass lands a glancing blow to the side of Dinero's head. Hass ducks right into an uppercut from Dinero. Hass uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dinero.
Dinero misses with a combination
and Hass counters with a straight right hand. Dinero paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Dinero throws a combination that misses and Hass counters with a nice body shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A looping hook to the body misses from Dinero. Hass does a little dance to reset his feet. Dinero shoots and misses and Hass decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dinero's guard. Hass is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Hass stands and throws Dinero's legs to the side, diving into side control. Hass looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Hass thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hass working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Dinero is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Hass tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hass has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Dinero is trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Dinero tries to improve position but can't. Hass trying to control the position but Dinero is working away. Hass wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dinero, who protects the arm well. Dinero regains half guard. Hass tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dinero knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Dinero. Hass blocks a jab. The crowd cheers as Dinero lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hass doesn't seem phased though. Hass with a body punch. A glancing blow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hass drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dinero is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hass off and has taken his back! Dinero wants to control but Hass is keeping busy. Hass fending off the submission attempt from Dinero. Dinero not allowing Hass to control his hands. Jack Hass has got the better of the ground game so far. Hass breaks Dinero's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Hass must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Hass stays in close to Dinero's body and controls the position. Hass stands and throws Dinero's legs to the side, diving into side control. Dinero manages to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dinero is pressing down on Hass's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Hass forces his way into half guard. Hass wants to control but Dinero is keeping him busy. Dinero works his way to full guard. Good work. Hass with a flurry of punches that miss. Hass is sitting in close to Dinero's body. Dinero has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Hass is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Hass is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Dinero.
