The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Pinto closes the distance and clinches.
Pinto lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Mancer goes for a takedown attempt but Pinto pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Mancer crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pinto - the referee stops the clock and Mancer gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pinto. Mancer manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A decent looking cross lands there for Pinto.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mancer is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Mancer chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Pinto can pounce on him.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Quim Pinto.

Shots darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Tickler is trying to get back to full guard.
Shots is keen to just control but Tickler is a slippery customer.
Shots uses his free foot to push down on Tickler's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tickler.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Shots is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Tickler is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Tickler flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Shots anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Tickler and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Shots slips an arm under Tickler chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Shots has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Shots is squeezing on Tickler like an anaconda would it's prey. Tickler fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Vodka Shots!
Vodka Shots got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'

Bigsby closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Bapak! Bigsby dives in looking to finish! Bapak is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
