8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brandon Walker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Make You Bleed! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walker tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bleed was well out of range. Poor timing from Walker. Walker shoots in looking for a takedown but Bleed manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Walker's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Walker takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Walker swings for the body but Bleed moves out of range.
Walker throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bleed's waist but Bleed gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Walker off to one side. Brandon Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Walker connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bleed momentarily.
Walker moves out of range of the strikes. We've been informed that Bleed has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Walker misses with a takedown attempt and Bleed counters with a slapping leg kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brandon Walker. That's going to take a lot out of him. Walker wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Bleed. A good leg kick by Bleed. Bleed throws a sloppy head kick and Walker moves out of range easily. Walker throwing a counter right hand but Bleed manages to avoid it. Bleed lands a big head kick that sends Walker tumbling to the mat! Bleed takes a step backwards and waves Walker back to his feet - he wants the finish!

That's one minute gone in the round. Bleed lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Walker crumples to the floor! Bleed milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Make You Bleed! After winning the bout, Make You Bleed thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mawi Da Oxlade! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Holguin throws a nice looking combination but Da Oxlade bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Da Oxlade appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Holguin lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Mawi Da Oxlade has been cut. Holguin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Da Oxlade sees it coming and avoids it easily. Da Oxlade has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Holguin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Da Oxlade moves away. A big right from Holguin misses. Da Oxlade walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. A left lands for Da Oxlade.
It looks like Dani Holguin has been cut. Da Oxlade doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Da Oxlade ducks under a wild hook from Holguin. Holguin works the jab nicely. Holguin has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Holguin there as he acknowledges the shot. Da Oxlade takes a swing at Holguin's ribcage but misses. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Da Oxlade scores with a jab to the body. Holguin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Holguin dives in and scores a takedown into Da Oxlade's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's one minute gone in the round. Holguin being controlled here momentarily. Da Oxlade wants to sweep but no luck. Holguin postures up in Da Oxlade's guard and throws a big left but Da Oxlade blocks it. Holguin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Holguin stands up over Da Oxlade, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Da Oxlade working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Holguin. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Da Oxlade is on top in guard.
Da Oxlade must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Da Oxlade avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Holguin looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Da Oxlade has picked Holguin up and slammed him! Holguin can't keep hold of the triangle and Da Oxlade manages to pass to side control! Da Oxlade moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Da Oxlade throws a strike aimed at the side of Holguin's head but Holguin avoids it well. Holguin is trying to get back to half guard. Da Oxlade is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Holguin will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Holguin has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Holguin is looking for a sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Da Oxlade content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Holguin tries to buck Da Oxlade off but Da Oxlade is having none of it. Da Oxlade is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Holguin tries to bench press Da Oxlade off him but Da Oxlade keeps the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Holguin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Holguin is working hard here to advance position. Holguin sneaks back into half guard. Da Oxlade is taking a breather. Holguin says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Holguin moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Holguin working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Da Oxlade doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Da Oxlade manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Holguin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Dani Holguin dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Holguin misses with a right hand and Da Oxlade counters with a big right hand! Oh Holguin is in trouble here! Da Oxlade follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Grimrock blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Grimrock's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Grimrock is looking to control Starrk's arms but Starrk gets an underhook and turns him. Now Grimrock has his back to the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Grimrock.

Grimrock tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Starrk is looking to slow Grimrock down with leg kicks. Starrk misses with a looping right. The fighters circle momentarily. Starrk darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Starrk lands with a right hand. Starrk misses with a body kick. Starrk is looking to score with low kicks. Grimrock tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Starrk was well out of range. We've been hearing reports that BangYou has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. A jab lands there for Boson. BangYou throws a jab when Boson was well out of range. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Boson! But no joy. BangYou throws a nice head kick!

BangYou manages to retain guard. Boson looking to sit in guard and control but BangYou gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. BangYou content to stall in guard here. BangYou knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Boson on the ground. Boson has control of BangYou's left arm, preventing BangYou from doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boson wants to stand up but BangYou is controlling him. BangYou is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Boson is on top in guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. BangYou keeping moving, preventing Boson from controlling successfully. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. BangYou wants to sweep here but Boson controlling him for the moment.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Aiu BangYou will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Boson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around BangYou's waist but BangYou gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boson off to one side. Boson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. BangYou swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. BangYou loads up on a big right hand but Boson slips the punch. BangYou moves out of range of the strikes. It looked like BangYou was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Boson. Boson fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Boson tries to close the distance and clinch but BangYou swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

BangYou has a couple of punches blocked by Boson.
BangYou pressing his opponent against the cage. BangYou comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Boson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Boson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Boson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. BangYou is defending well against a takedown attempt. BangYou missing with knees to the body.
Boson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. BangYou fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Aiu BangYou has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Higgs Boson. BangYou is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Boson. Boson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. BangYou seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Boson takes the fight into the clinch.

And that's the end of the fight! Tony Bale comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bale has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ragnarsson moves forwards but Gomu connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Bjorn Ragnarsson has been cut. Gomu jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ragnarsson looks to land a combination but Gomu avoids it well. Gomu throws a big counter combination but Ragnarsson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Gomu throws a predictable looking body shot
and Ragnarsson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Gomu Gomu has been cut. Ragnarsson throws a lazy body kick and Gomu counters with an inside leg kick. Gomu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ragnarsson manages to avoid it. Ragnarsson tries a quick counter leg kick but Gomu is wise to it. Ragnarsson misses with a hook. Gomu ducked under it nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A slow jab from Ragnarsson misses its intended target. Gomu lands a jab to Ragnarsson's midsection. Ragnarsson throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Gomu counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Ragnarsson takes a shot right to the bread basket. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Gomu blocks a jab. Ragnarsson takes a body punch but keeps moving. Ragnarsson moves out of range of the leg kick from Gomu. The fighters circle momentarily. Gomu darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Ragnarsson ducks under a wild hook from Gomu. A lazy left from Gomu finds it's target.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gomu misses with a shot to the body and Ragnarsson counters with an inside leg kick. Gomu throws a hook to the side of Ragnarsson's head but Ragnarsson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Ragnarsson steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Gomu swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ragnarsson follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Ragnarsson lands a big uppercut and Gomu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Gomu looks OK. Ragnarsson waves Gomu back to his feet!

Gomu Gomu's cut is getting worse.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gomu switches off momentarily and Ragnarsson cracks him with a monster right hand! Gomu topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Ragnarsson dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Ragnarsson!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Aoki has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Rocker is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Aoki. Rocker wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Aoki, who protects the arm well. Aoki felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Aoki tries to buck Rocker off but Rocker is having none of it. Aoki gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Aoki is trying to control but Rocker passes into side control!

Rocker lands a beautiful left hook that drops Aoki. Aoki tries to recover but Rocker is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Aoki lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ram Rocker! Ram Rocker tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool. In defeat, Aoki Aoki stepped up to the mic, saying 'Hey wtf?? I got paid well ! Ask no more questions...me no speakee English....'.
