Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Raphaele Heisenberg (ranked 577 p4p, 67 weight class) and Walter White (ranked 596 p4p, 70 weight class). Heisenberg comes into the arena with For Heavy Metal we will die! blaring out of the sound system. Walter White will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 7 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Raphaele Heisenberg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Walter White! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heisenberg walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. White walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Heisenberg checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. A clash of legs there as White blocks the low kick. White with a body punch. A glancing blow. Heisenberg blocks a leg kick. White scores with a shot to the body.
Heisenberg throws a series of punches but White moves out of range. Heisenberg will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Heisenberg waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract White. Walter White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. White cracks Heisenberg with an open hand slap. White tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Heisenberg was well out of range. Poor timing from White. Heisenberg misses with a head kick.
White lands with a nice body punch. Heisenberg throws a lazy right hand but White sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Heisenberg closes this distance looking for a takedown but White circles away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! That kick from Heisenberg tenderised White's leg. White is trying to keep his angry face on. White wants to land a leg kick but Heisenberg is out of range. Heisenberg lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. White takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Heisenberg slips under a jab from White. A jab from White finds it's way through Heisenberg's defenses. Heisenberg takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Heisenberg tries for a takedown but White sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Heisenberg throws a leg kick that misses. White scores with a jab. A low kick from White is predictable there and Heisenberg decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in White's guard. White utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Heisenberg accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. White wants to stand and escape but Heisenberg is having none of it. White seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Heisenberg postures up and lands a big shot to White's brow. Heisenberg has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. White working a defensive guard here.
Heisenberg throws a strike but White rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Heisenberg looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

White must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Heisenberg tries to land a sweep but no joy. White is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Heisenberg is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. White is aware though and is defending well. White slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. White drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Heisenberg dives on top into guard. Heisenberg being controlled here momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Heisenberg landing some decent shots from guard. Heisenberg looking to pass the guard. White working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Heisenberg. Heisenberg passes White's right leg, so he's now in half guard. White is trying to maintain the position but Heisenberg is very close to passing his half guard. White keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. White has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Heisenberg is working away from the top position though. Heisenberg is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and White defends it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White wants to get back to full guard. Heisenberg is sneakily working for an arm triangle but White sees it coming and defends easily. Heisenberg is taking a breather. White says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Heisenberg is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Heisenberg avoids the attempt from White to control. White is wriggling around trying to escape.
Heisenberg putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Heisenberg working for a guillotine from mount but White is in no mood to give up. White wants to hold on but Heisenberg pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Raphaele Heisenberg will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Heisenberg is defended easily by White. Heisenberg tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. White fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. White throws a leg kick that misses. White throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. A jab from White misses. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Heisenberg cracks White with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Heisenberg throws out a loose jab but White uses good head movement to avoid it. White has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. An inside leg kick from White misses. Heisenberg connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Heisenberg moves away. White fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Heisenberg manages to avoid it. Heisenberg has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from White. White swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Heisenberg misses with a straight right. White throws a shot from downtown. Heisenberg moves away and avoids it. Walter White seems to be getting the better of the standup. White scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. White goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. White slips under a jab from Heisenberg. White thows a body kick. Heisenberg tries to catch it but that hurt him. A swing and a miss from Heisenberg. Heisenberg ducks under a wild hook from White. White throws out a powerful jab. Heisenberg misses with a wild combination.
White throws a jab but it's blocked by Heisenberg. Heisenberg swings and misses with a hook to the body.
White has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Heisenberg pushing out the jab but it's not landing. A solid leg kick lands there for Heisenberg.

He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Heisenberg seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and White has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. White is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Heisenberg will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. White trying to control the action but Heisenberg is working from the bottom. A telegraphed right hand from Heisenberg misses the target. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Heisenberg lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and White has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from White and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. White throws a solid leg kick but Heisenberg takes the impact on his shin and smiles at White. An inside leg kick from White misses. White moves out of range as Heisenberg strikes. White chopping away at his opponent's legs.
A good leg kick by White. Heisenberg looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. White ducks under a wild hook from Heisenberg. White chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Heisenberg can pounce on him.
White looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Heisenberg throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. That kick from White tenderised Heisenberg's leg. Heisenberg is trying to keep his angry face on. White shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Heisenberg uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. A nice inside leg kick there by White. That's going to slow Heisenberg down. Heisenberg moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! White throws a body shot but no joy. A little feinted left hand from Heisenberg on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. White cracks Heisenberg with a right hand to the side of the head. That's one minute gone in the round. White misses with a low kick as Heisenberg jumps back. Heisenberg connects with a jab. White with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
White moves away from the strike by Heisenberg. White looks to score with a jab to the body but Heisenberg is just out of range. White cracks the inside of Heisenberg's front leg. White gets caught napping as Heisenberg dives in and scores a takedown. White manages to retain guard. Heisenberg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. White swivels though and keeps the full guard. White trying to keep a closed guard but Heisenberg is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. White keeping moving, preventing Heisenberg from controlling successfully. White is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. White wants to lay and pray for a moment but Heisenberg keeps working. Walter White has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

White trying to control from half guard but Heisenberg is working away. Heisenberg tries to regain full guard. Instead though, White has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Heisenberg tries to get back to half guard but can't. White working for a submission but Heisenberg is keeping him at bay. Heisenberg tries to hold on but White pushes him away.

White tries to control but Heisenberg wriggling away. Heisenberg is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. White looking to ground and pound but Heisenberg is blocking nicely. White trying to control but Heisenberg is having none of it. Heisenberg manages to regain half guard. Good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Heisenberg works his way to full guard. Good work. White trying to control but Heisenberg is working from the bottom. White got a little sloppy there for a moment and Heisenberg has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, White has managed to get both his arms back between Heisenberg's legs - danger averted. Heisenberg is looking for a triangle but White pushes his legs off easily.
White wants to pass the guard but Heisenberg is keeping the position. Heisenberg might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Heisenberg looking for a guillotine here but White defends easily.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Walter White. I think Heisenberg has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Hageman bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Shamkhalaev's head. Hageman bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Hageman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Shamkhalaev throws out the jab. Hageman uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Shamkhalaev. Hageman throws a low kick, looking for Shamkhalaev's leg but Shamkhalaev calmly moves out of range. A big right from Hageman misses. Shamkhalaev misses with a hook. Hageman ducked under it nicely. A very excited looking Macho Randy rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed. Jones has been working on his boxing with his coaches at EMPIRE K1 Academy in the buildup to the fight. Zaad gets off balance looking for a body kick and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Nice body punch from Jones. Jones avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Jones uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Zaad has time to react. Jones moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. This has been an exciting period of action! BOOM! Jones lands a beautiful left hook that drops Zaad. Zaad tries to recover but Jones is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. Runnisto seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Runnisto tries to pass the half guard into mount. Shaman knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Orsini sitting in guard here, content to control. Mason has control of Orsini's left arm, preventing Orsini from doing any damage. Orsini postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Orsini trying to control but Mason is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Orsini avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
