The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago shoots in for a takedown but Fujita shows good takedown defense.
Drago on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Downwith Drago has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Fujita uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Drago fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Fujita sends Drago crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Fujita is motioning to the referee to let Drago up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Fujita fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Drago square on the jaw! Damn, Drago is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mayhem gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Mayhem digs a right hand underneath McPherson's ribcage. McPherson let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Mayhem lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
McPherson is trying to drag Mayhem to the mat but Mayhem just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Mayhem throws a blind hook that connects with the side of McPhersons head.
Mayhem digs a right hand underneath McPherson's ribcage. McPherson let out a lung full of air as it connected.
McPherson's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on McPherson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Mayhem lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of McPherson backwards.
Mayhem is working McPherson over against the cage.

Mayhem lands a left hand.
McPherson has Mayhem pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Mayhem manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Mayhem lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mayhem lands a right hand that snaps the head of McPherson backwards.
McPherson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mayhem fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Bryan Mayhem has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Turd McPherson.
Mayhem cracks McPherson with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends McPherson tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Mayhem pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! McPherson is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Saku lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Saku attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
We've been told by Saku's head coaches at ELITE Island Gym - 19 Elite Coaches that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Jahr misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Oroku Saku has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kylo Jahr.
Jahr takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jahr tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Jahr feints and as Saku raises his hands in defense, Jahr changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Saku has his foot on Jahr's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jahr works his way back into a safe position though.
Saku will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Saku is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Saku is desperately trying to improve his position but Jahr has a good base and remains in mount.
Jahr wants to control the pace but Saku is squirming around nicely.
Jahr avoids the attempt from Saku to control.

Saku knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jahr on the ground.

Jahr is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Saku can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Jahr has an Americana. Saku didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Jahr is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Jahr hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
