And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bron Davidson!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Parker looking to score a takedown here. Davidson is defending well but Parker drives through and ends up in Davidson's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Parker accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Parker slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Davidson wants to sweep here but Parker controlling him for the moment.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Davidson tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Parker uses his free foot to push down on Davidson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Davidson.

Parker looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Parker seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Davidson for as long as he can get away with.
Davidson tries to reverse the position but Parker maintains control.

Parker swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Davidson is now in Parker's guard. A big mistake from Parker there, giving up the dominant position!

Parker had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Davidson defends it easily.

Parker is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Davidson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Parker gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Davidson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

It looks like Peter Parker has been cut.
Davidson dives in and grabs Parker's left leg, looking for a takedown. Parker pushes down on Davidson's head and hops out.
Davidson shoots in but Parker avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Davidson tries to clinch up.
Davidson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Parker swivels and escapes.

Davidson is breathing heavily.
Davidson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Davidson wants it to stay on the feet.
Davidson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Parker's waist but Parker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Davidson off to one side.
Parker went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

A close second round but Bron Davidson will probably get the nod - 10:9.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Parker fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Davidson to the ground. Parker is now in Davidson's guard.

Parker has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Davidson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Parker is working away from the top position though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
