Nice takedown defense from Carbide. No joy for Runaway on that attempt.

Gatling passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Fox!
Gatling tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Fox reaches up to try and control the position but Gatling seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Fox rolls and tries to escape and now Gatling has his back!
Fox is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Gatling.

You can see the frustration on Fox's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Fox should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Gatling has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Gatling is breathing heavily.
I really don't envy Fox right now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Gatling. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Gatling is not going to allow Fox to sit and survive in this position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Fox manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gatling manages to get himself to full guard.

Baroni is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Smith is working for a rear naked choke. Baroni is not defending it well and Smith has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Baroni refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Baroni's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
