Saki's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tuna Nehri. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gokhan Saki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gabriel Ribeiro! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Lou da Vinci and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ribeiro tries to clinch but Saki is having none of it. Ribeiro tries to close the distance and clinch up but Saki swats him away and circles back towards the center. Saki lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Ribeiro backs up against the ropes.
It looks like Gabriel Ribeiro has been cut. Saki circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ribeiro is looking to clinch but Saki is avoiding it.
Saki shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Saki was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Ribeiro wants to get back to his feet.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Ribeiro is trying to get to the ropes to help him get back to his feet.
Saki scoring with strikes but Ribeiro is staying in there. Ribeiro looks gassed! Saki lands a nice shot to the head.

Ribeiro is bucking up trying to escape but Saki cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Saki tries to control but Ribeiro wriggling away. Saki will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ribeiro is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Saki pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Saki postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ribeiro looks a forlorn figure.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Saki cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gokhan Saki dominated that round. The cut man is working on Gabriel Ribeiro's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Saki swats away the attempt to clinch by Ribeiro. Ribeiro staying out of range there. Saki shoots in for a takedown but Ribeiro shows good takedown defense. Saki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ribeiro circles away quickly and effectively. Saki throws a nice looking combination but Ribeiro bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Saki trying to control from half guard but Ribeiro is working away. Saki thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Ribeiro is trying to stand up here but Saki is controlling him well. Saki thows a huge punch but Ribeiro dodges it nicely.
Saki is looking to take a break and control but Ribeiro is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Ribeiro wants to get back to his feet.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Ribeiro tries to clinch there but Saki circles away.
Saki darts in and clinches Ribeiro up against the ropes. Saki manages to break the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Saki is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ribeiro sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Gabriel Ribeiro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Saki looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Ribeiro! The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Ribeiro is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Ribeiro closes the distance looking to clinch and Saki counters with a series of strikes. Ribeiro will be more careful next time no doubt. Ribeiro wants to clinch and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Ribeiro fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Saki, pushing him back against the ropes. Saki goes for a takedown attempt but Ribeiro pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ribeiro tries to clinch and Saki counters with a shoot takedown. Ribeiro fights it but they end up in guard. Saki working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ribeiro's head. Ribeiro kicks Saki off and gets to his feet. Saki has a takedown stuffed. Saki gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Saki has Ribeiro pressed up against the ropes. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Saki pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Ribeiro tumbling to the mat - Saki dives into Ribeiro's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Saki keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ribeiro's head. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ribeiro pushes Saki off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Ribeiro tries to clinch but fails miserably and Saki counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Saki tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ribeiro sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Saki somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gokhan Saki. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ribeiro clinches but Saki breaks the clinch and Saki counters by clinching up. Saki has hold of one of Ribeiro's legs. Ribeiro is fighting the takedown attempt but Saki gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Ribeiro wants to stand up but Saki is controlling him. Saki lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Gokhan Saki overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Ribeiro wants to stand and escape but Saki is having none of it. Saki distracts Ribeiro with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Saki lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Ribeiro is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Saki is controlling him. Ribeiro is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Saki missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Ribeiro is the more experienced fighter here and he's going to need to draw on some of that experience if he's going to pull this one out the bag.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Saki throws a leg kick but Ribeiro moved away. Saki lands with a nice combination. Ribeiro backs away looking to recover. Ribeiro clinches but Saki breaks the clinch and Saki counters with an outside leg kick.
Saki is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ribeiro sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Saki clinches up with Ribeiro and pushes him back against the ropes. Saki is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ribeiro can do to turn this around? Ribeiro working hard to break the clinch. Saki is trying to drag Ribeiro to the mat but Ribeiro just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ribeiro wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Saki has him pressed against the ropes. Ribeiro tries to circle away but Saki has him pinned against the ropes. Saki has hold of one of Ribeiro's legs. Ribeiro is fighting the takedown attempt but Saki gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Ribeiro is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Saki is controlling him. Saki working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Ribeiro working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Saki. Ribeiro is looking to stand back up but Saki counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Ribeiro.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Ribeiro looks to clinch and Saki makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Ribeiro tries to clinch up and Saki makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Ribeiro tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Saki counters with a nice low kick that buckles Ribeiro's knee momentarily. Gokhan Saki is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Saki throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Saki throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Gabriel Ribeiro is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Ribeiro wants to clinch but Saki slips to the side and Saki counters with a straight right hand. Gabriel Ribeiro has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Saki pushes Ribeiro away with a front kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Gokhan Saki showed his dominance in that final round. Well Saki has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
