The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kong throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Huang was covering up waiting for the punch and Kong finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Huang is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Huang is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Kong lands a couple of elbows.
Kong connects with a couple of short punches.
Kong lands a couple of decent looking shots.

It looks like Li Huang has been cut.
Kong working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Kong looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Huang is breathing heavily.
Kong is working Huang over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Huang keeping moving, preventing Kong from controlling successfully.
Kong really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Huang. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Huang has momentary wrist control but Kong slips an elbow through the middle.

Kong gets to his feet and stands over Huang, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Huang felt that one! Kong unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Huang from any more punishment!

Woodford May seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
May tries to close the distance and clinch but Glennville swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Glennville feints and then cracks May's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow May down.
Glennville connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Glennville.
May throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Glennville was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
May is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
May swings for the body but Glennville moves out of range.

Mourani works Albright's body with a nice hook.
Mourani thuds his right hand into Albright's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Mourani lands a two punch combo.
Mourani looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Mourani bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Albright's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Albright is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Mourani throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Albright's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Mourani dives in looking to finish as Albright flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Mourani's strikes! Mourani is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Albright's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Albright was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Fadden closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Fadden with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pollock to score with a decent uppercut.
Oh Fadden is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Pollock walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Fadden drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Pollock swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Fadden's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

After the fight, Jackson Pollock was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Tropper throws a right hand that Kulik ducks under and follows up with a left that Kulik also avoids with ease.
Tropper fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
It looked like Kulik was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Tropper has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

The fight stays on the outside here - Tropper looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
