16 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Artur Syrowatka! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Bruno Lombardi and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oooooh!!! Syrowatka has knocked Castillo down with a huge combo! Syrowatka steps away and waves a wobbly Castillo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Castillo looks to land a combination but Syrowatka avoids it well. Syrowatka doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Syrowatka dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Syrowatka swings for the body but Castillo moves out of range.
Syrowatka misses the shot to the body. Castillo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Syrowatka circles away quickly and effectively. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Castillo chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Castillo throws a series of punches but Syrowatka avoids them all with ease. Castillo misses the shot to the body. Syrowatka throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Castillo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Syrowatka let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Syrowatka has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Castillo. Syrowatka tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Castillo is able to avoid easily. Syrowatka connects with a body shot that sends Castillo's belly button to the back. Castillo lands an overhand right.
It looks like Artur Syrowatka has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Left hook, right uppercut from Syrowatka. Syrowatka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Oooooh!!! Castillo has knocked Syrowatka down with a huge combo! Castillo steps away and waves a wobbly Syrowatka back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Castillo lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Syrowatka can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Castillo and Syrowatka drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Castillo.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Anthony Castillo! In his post fight interview, Anthony Castillo started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nazarethyan dives in for a single leg takedown but Dominiguez sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Dominiguez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nazarethyan circles away. Dominiguez takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Nazarethyan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dominiguez has managed to clinch.
Dominiguez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dominiguez lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Suren Nazarethyan has been cut. Dominiguez manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Nazarethyan on his heels. He'll look to pass Nazarethyan's guard now, I'm sure. Nazarethyan is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Nazarethyan is rocked! Dominiguez has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Nazarethyan drops his hands momentarily and Dominiguez needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Nazarethyan just on the top of the head. Nazarethyan drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Nazarethyan - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Cruz Dominiguez! Suren Nazarethyan spoke after the fight, saying 'I Will Come Back Stronger Than Before'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prevot on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Guilhaume Prevot has been cut. Prevot is looking to clinch but Ithamar is avoiding it.
Prevot shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ithamar sprawls well. Ithamar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Prevot gets slowly back to his feet. Prevot tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Prevot throws a combination that misses and Ithamar counters with a series of strikes. Prevot will be more careful next time no doubt. Ithamar catches Prevot with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Ithamar drops Prevot with a big left hand and mounts him. Prevot is in big trouble!
Prevot is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Ithamar is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Prevot is surviving well by controlling Ithamar's body position as best he can. Prevot is still in real trouble! Can Ithamar finish him? Prevot prevents any damage by holding on tight. Ithamar trying to control but he's not successful this time. Prevot seems to have recovered his senses. Ithamar lands a nice shot to the head. Ithamar jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Prevot manages to avoid the submission attempt. Prevot is not content to let Ithamar control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ithamar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Prevot is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ithamar fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Ithamar thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ithamar goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Prevot rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Ithamar's guard! Nice work there by Prevot! Ithamar keeping full guard, as Prevot tries to pass. Prevot is sitting in close to Ithamar's body. Ithamar has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Prevot is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Prevot is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Ithamar.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Ezekiel Ithamar! A very excited looking Ezekiel Ithamar rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brooks misses with an uppercut. Wyadd saw that one coming. And Wyadd responds with a good body kick, but Brooks manages to step out the way in time. Wyadd thuds his right hand into Brooks's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Good standup being displayed there by Wyadd as he connects with a hook. Wyadd shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Brooks manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Wyadd drops back, looking for a kneebar! Brooks looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Brooks looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Brooks! Wyadd manages to work his way to half guard, despite Brooks's best efforts. Wyadd is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Wyadd wants to get back to full guard.

Wyadd decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Wyadd closes the distance and clinches. Wyadd has hold of one of Brooks's legs. Brooks is fighting the takedown attempt but Wyadd gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Brooks seems to have got his legs back now. Wyadd postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Brooks is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Wyadd, into his guard.

He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brooks can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Brooks might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Wyadd trying to control the position here.

He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wyadd to score with a decent uppercut. Brooks throws a hook to the side of Wyadd's head but Wyadd sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Brooks looks for the body kick but Wyadd saw that one coming. Brooks takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! West throws a predictable looking body shot
and Shankoli counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. West takes the fight into the clinch. Shankoli letting West take a breather here. West is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Shankoli gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. A hook to the body from Shankoli.
West misses with a short punch on the inside. Shankoli lands with a light punch inside. West has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Shankoli avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. West misses with a hook from the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Shankoli goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

West jabs Shankoli to the body, keeping him at a distance. West fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Shankoli, pushing him back against the cage. West tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Shankoli's elbow. West misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Shankoli lands an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shankoli escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
West with a poor takedown and Shankoli makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Ravi Shankoli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy West. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! West closes the distance and pushes Shankoli back into the cage. Shankoli blocks a punch to the side of the head.

West works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. West postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Shankoli controls West momentarily but West frees himself. West loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Shankoli has West pulled in close to control his posture. Shankoli has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. West postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Shankoli has West pulled in close to control his posture. West pushes down on Shankoli's leg and manages to get into half guard. West looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
West wants to take a breather but Shankoli is having none of it. Shankoli trying to control but West postures up.
Shankoli is concentrating on defense, preventing West from advancing position. Shankoli avoiding damage under a succession of punches from West. Shankoli pushes West off and gets back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. West has Shankoli up against the cage in a clinch.
Shankoli manages to break the clinch.
West cracks Shankoli with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Shankoli seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. West tries to clinch but Shankoli is having none of it. A quick step to the side and Shankoli tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Shankoli defends well against a solid takedown attempt from West. Shankoli quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. West shoots and misses and Shankoli counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Billy West has been cut. West shoots and misses and Shankoli counters with a huge left! West is in big trouble! He's backing up but Shankoli isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save West from any more damage. A dominating finish by Shankoli!
