The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Onolunose drops his hands momentarily and Silva takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Onolunose shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Onolunose showed some decent athleticism there. Silva moves into full guard.
Silva has his foot on Onolunose's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Onolunose works his way back into a safe position though. Silva is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Onolunose rolls with it to try and escape but Silva cranks on the arm and Onolunose is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Galtson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wood throws a big counter combination but Galtson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Wood throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Galtson tumbling to the canvas!
It looks like Janus Galtson has been cut. Galtson pulls Wood in close to prevent any damage. Wood has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Galtson is proving hard to escape from. Wood trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Galtson is trying to control the position but Wood postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Galtson trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Wood is looking to stand up but Galtson won't let him.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Galtson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Galtson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wood moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Wood throws a big counter combination but Galtson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Janus Galtson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Galtson looks winded! Wood cracks Galtson with an uppercut from hell and Galtson crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Wood's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Galtson is rocked! Wood trying to stand up but can't free himself from Galtson's guard. Galtson is still in real trouble! Can Wood finish him? Galtson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Wood tries to stand but Galtson is controlling from the bottom. Galtson wants to control but Wood passes easily into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wood wants to stand up but Galtson is controlling the position.
Wood stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Galtson to get to his feet. Wood grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Galtson takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Wood cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Giovinazzi goes for a double leg but Dettman avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Dettman continues to drive forward. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Dettman didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Giovinazzi is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Giovinazzi hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shabazz lands a high kick to the side of Christiansen's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Shabazz dives into guard, looking to finish.

It looks like Karl Christiansen has been cut. Christiansen is looking to stand up but Shabazz isn't so interested in that idea. Oh Christiansen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Christiansen seems to have got his legs back now. Shabazz controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Christiansen wants to stand but Shabazz is controlling the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Shabazz sitting in guard, not really doing much. Shabazz slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Shabazz landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Shabazz just content to control the position. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Shabazz has hold of Christiansen's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Christiansen tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Shabazz cranks the arm and Christiansen screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Christiansen, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown attempt by Mendes or perhaps it was just good defense by Lyons, which made it look bad. Mendes tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lyons defends well and Mendes ends up having to push Lyons into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Lyons fails with a takedown attempt. Lyons tries for a takedown but Mendes sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Mendes feinted with a counter takedown. Lyons shoots in for a double leg but Mendes sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Mendes half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Fernando Mendes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Lyons. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mendes. Mendes fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mendes shoots in looking for a takedown. Lyons tries to sprawl out of it but Mendes keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mendes with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lyons lands a nice short elbow. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lyons connects with a nice short shot to Mendes's temple. Lyons lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Mendes regains full guard. Nicely done. Lyons is working Mendes over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Lyons is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Lyons lands a couple of elbows. Mendes escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lyons gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Mendes has his foot on Lyons's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lyons works his way back into a safe position though. Lyons is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lyons scoring with some ground and pound. Lyons postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Mendes covers up, he's hurt! Lyons keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Lyons and the ref steps in to end the fight! Lyons can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

We've been told by Santos's head coaches at Roosters Coop that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Santos delivers a nice body kick. Santos slips under a jab from Fighter C. Fighter C swings and misses with a shot to the body and Santos counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Fighter C's coach down at Special Ops N7 Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Fighter C's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. This has been an exciting period of action! Fighter C throws an overhand right that lands on Santos's shoulder, as Santos tries to avoid the shot. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Santos staying out of range there. Santos tries to counter by clinching up but Fighter C breaks away and moves out of range. Santos throws a shot from downtown. Fighter C moves away and avoids it. Santos ducks under a wild hook from Fighter C. Santos thuds his shin into the meat of Fighter C's side.
