The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dempsey misses with a wild body shot. Dempsey fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dempsey fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Bony tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dempsey swivels and escapes. Bony throws a sloppy head kick and Dempsey moves out of range easily. Dempsey fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bony manages to avoid it. Bony changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Bony dodges the punch combination from Dempsey.

Bintakes throws a body punch but Luck moves out of range. Luck replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Bintakes blocks it well. Luck needs to keep his hands up - Bintakes had a free shot at his head there. Bintakes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Luck was well out of range. Poor timing from Bintakes. and Luck connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Luck steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Bintakes. That one must have hurt. Bintakes lands a lovely overhand right. Bintakes moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A punch lands to the side of Luck 's head but he takes it in his stride. Luck uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bintakes. Luck punishes Bintakes's body with a nice straight punch. Bintakes throws a push kick but Luck slaps the foot to one side. Luck walks into a jab. Luck has Bintakes up against the cage in a clinch.

Bintakes tries to circle away but Luck has him pinned against the cage. Luck pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bintakes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Luck takes one to the side of the head.
Bintakes cracks Luck with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Bintakes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Luck. Bintakes waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Luck. Rolf Bintakes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bintakes's jab looks to have found its range, popping Luck under the eye. Bintakes swings for the body but Luck moves out of range.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Sawal takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Evans pulls guard effortlessly. Evans escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sawal gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Sawal avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Sawal decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Evans, up you get! Evans is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sawal sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Sawal on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mesa goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Mesa connects with a high kick. Mesa throws a sloppy head kick and Mne moves out of range easily. Mesa lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Mesa throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Mne is rocked! Mne rushes Mesa and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Oh Mne is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The referee calls for Mne to work.

Mesa is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Mne lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Mne seems to have got his legs back now. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mne scores with a nice hook to the head. Mne lands a nice uppercut. Mne pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Mesa feints a jab and as Mne dips his head, Mesa unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Mne right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Mne falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Mesa smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
