The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pitakaka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Pitakaka throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Drunkizkus was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Drunkizkus blocks a head kick by Pitakaka.

Pitakaka ducks into a a hook from Drunkizkus and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!

It looks like Elijah Pitakaka has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Pitakaka throws a leg kick

and Drunkizkus counters with a nice uppercut that drops Pitakaka onto his backside! Pitakaka bounces straight back to his feet before we have a chance to even start the count. He'll get the standing 8 count anyway before we get back underway.
