Cormier on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Cormier shoots for a takedown but Battafucho saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Battafucho lands the left hand.
Cormier has a takedown stuffed.
Cormier could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Battafucho throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cormier was covering up waiting for the punch and Battafucho finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Cormier has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Battafucho off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
