Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between William Henry Bonney (ranked 496 p4p, 63 weight class) and Kosma Wawelski (ranked 2997 p4p, 275 weight class). Bonney comes to the ring accompanied by Call me Young Gun. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kosma Wawelski! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Wawelski, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bonney tries a low kick but Wawelski avoids it. Wawelski moves into the clinch. Wawelski misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Wawelski misses with the head strike.
A short uppercut from Wawelski. Wawelski lands with a short shot to the head. Wawelski tries to land knees in the clinch but Bonney avoids the damage to the body. Bonney escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bonney scores with a push kick. Wawelski tries to clinch there but Bonney circles away.
Bonney went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Wawelski moves into the clinch. Bonney wants to get back to striking at distance but Wawelski won't allow it.
A body shot lands from Wawelski.
Wawelski throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Bonneys head. Bonney breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wawelski misses with a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Bonney throws a right and a left that Wawelski avoids nicely. Wawelski moves into range and clinches up with Bonney. Wawelski pushes Bonney back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. Wawelski misses with a hook to the ribs.
Bonney lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Wawelski can't find room to land a body shot as Bonney controls the action.

Bonney's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bonney throws a hook to the side of Wawelski's head but Wawelski sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Bonney lands with a straight right. Wawelski didn't see that one coming. Wawelski walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Bonney checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Wawelski fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Bonney misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bonney moves out of range of the body kick. Wawelski dodges the punch combination from Bonney.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wawelski throws a head kick but Bonney moves out of range.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Wawelski throws a wild body kick that Bonney sees coming a mile off. Wawelski scores with a crisp jab that stopped Bonney in his tracks. Bonney walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Bonney throws a body punch but Wawelski moves out of range. Wawelski scores with a nice head shot. Bonney uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wawelski.

As Wawelski tries to get set, Bonney tries to push him back and clinch up but Wawelski manages to avoid the attempt. Bonney misses with the combination.
Kosma Wawelski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bonney looks to land a body kick but Wawelski moved away. Wawelski misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It looked like Bonney was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. A swing and a miss from Bonney. Wawelski tries a head kick but it misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kosma Wawelski dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Wawelski takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Wawelski moves into the clinch successfully.

William Henry Bonney is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wawelski tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Bonney manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bonney swings for the body but Wawelski moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bonney takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Wawelski is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Pitakaka looks to land a body kick but Romo moved away. Romo scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Romo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Pitakaka misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pitakaka on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Pitakaka throws a leg kick but Romo moved away. Pitakaka throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Romo thuds a left hand into Pitakaka's body. Pitakaka is breathing heavily. Pitakaka misses with an attempted mid kick.
Romo checks a leg kick nicely. Romo gets in close and instigates a clinch. Romo scores with a knee to the head.
It looks like Elijah Pitakaka has been cut. Pitakaka trying to stall but Romo improves his position.
Romo lands with a right to the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A right hook to the body lands for Romo.

Romo lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Pitakaka takes an elbow to the forehead. Still in the clinch, Romo scores with a nice short uppercut. Romo lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

That's one minute gone in the round. Romo unloads a knee to the mid-section. Pitakaka lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Romo lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Pitakaka backwards. Romo connects with a knee to the head.
Pitakaka is rocked! Romo creates a bit of space and fires a knee right up the middle, almost lifting Pitakaka off his feet and sending him crashing to the canvas! Pitakaka is trying to get back to his feet but his equilibrium is completely gone! The referee has called it off! This fight is over! Romo is jumping up and down like a mad man, celebrating with his cornermen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Labosky wants to clinch. Ramos takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Labosky ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Labosky tries to clinch up but Ramos circles away and keeps his distance. Labosky misses the shot to the body. Labosky throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Labosky checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ramos ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Labosky wants to land a leg kick but Ramos is out of range. Ramos takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Ramos avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Labosky slips a jab from Ramos. Despite the aggression on Labosky's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Labosky tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Labosky misses with a kick to the body.
Ramos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Labosky was well out of range. Poor timing from Ramos. Ramos pivots, looking for a leg kick but Labosky is out of range and Ramos settles back down. Labosky tries to clinch up. Ramos takes one on the button. Ramos fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Labosky misses with a straight left. The fighters circling - Ramos throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Ramos goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Labosky misses with a series of wild punches.

Jean Labosky dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Ramos dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Labosky. That did some damage! A punch lands to the side of Labosky 's head but he takes it in his stride. Labosky blocks a low kick nicely. Labosky throws a head kick but Ramos moves out of range.
Labosky forces Ramos back against the ropes and clinches. Labosky is looking to break free of the clinch but Ramos has double underhooks. Ramos manages to break the clinch.

You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Ramos. Ramos misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Labosky jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ramos misses with a low kick as Labosky jumps back. Labosky fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ramos has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Labosky has closed the distance and engaged Ramos in a clinch.

Ramos connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Labosky's hands. Ramos throws a low kick but Labosky avoids it. Labosky connects with a body shot that sends Ramos's belly button to the back. Labosky misses with a looping left. Ramos takes a swing at Labosky's ribcage but misses. Ramos misses the body punch and Labosky counters with a nice body kick.
Ramos avoids a lazy jab quite easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jacinto Ramos dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Ramos keeps the fight on the outside. Ramos connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. A head kick misses from Labosky. No joy there for Labosky, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

As Ramos backs off Labosky throws a huge counter combo but Ramos manages to avoid it all. Ramos throws a leg kick which misses Labosky's front leg but catches the back leg as Labosky tries to avoid it. Labosky takes a swing at Ramos's ribcage but misses. Labosky's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Ramos slips under a jab. Ramos misses with a jab, cross combination.

Labosky tries to bum rush Ramos with a series of wild strikes but Ramos uses good footwork to avoid the assault. As Labosky backs away, Ramos returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Labosky is looking to clinch. Labosky misses with a low kick.
Ramos does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Ramos avoids the head kick by Labosky.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Labosky waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ramos. Ramos throws a lazy right hand but Labosky sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Ramos attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Labosky looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Labosky falls off balance throwing a combination
and Ramos counters with a nice leg kick. Ramos lands a nice looking body kick. A low kick from Ramos is predictable there and Labosky counters with a nice low kick that buckles Ramos's knee momentarily. Labosky tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Ramos paws at him with a jab and circles away. A big right from Ramos misses. A telegraphed right hand from Labosky misses the target. Labosky forces Ramos back against the ropes and clinches. Labosky breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jacinto Ramos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Labosky moves in looking to clinch but Ramos pushes him off. Some bone on bone action there as Ramos checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jacinto Ramos. I think Ramos has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Fischer misses with a wild body shot. Halo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Halo lands a nice shot to the body.
Halo lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Halo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Fischer misses with a kick to the body and Halo counters with a body kick that stops Fischer in his tracks momentarily. Fischer lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Fischer avoids the head kick by Halo.
Halo moves out of range of the leg kick from Fischer. A slow jab from Fischer misses its intended target. Fischer throws an overhand right that lands on Halo's shoulder, as Halo tries to avoid the shot. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Halo scores with a decent looking hook. Halo rushes Fischer and presses him up against the ropes. Halo takes a shot to the head. Halo manages to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fischer bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Halo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fischer moves away. Fischer swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Halo connects with a leg kick. Fischer looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Halo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fischer throws out the jab. Halo lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Fischer scores with a hook to the body. Halo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. The fight stays on the outside here - Halo looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Fischer moves out of range of the body kick from Halo.

and Fischer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Fischer throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Fischer throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Halo sees it coming and avoids it easily. Halo misses with a lunging right hand
and Fischer counters with a nice uppercut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fischer misses with a body kick. Halo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fischer.
Fischer cracks Halo with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Halo get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Halo looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fischer thows a leg kick but Halo checks it and Halo counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Halo changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Halo rushes Fischer and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Halo lands with a right to the head. Halo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Halo throws a head kick that misses. Halo misses with a two punch combination.

Fischer throws a leg kick but Halo sees it coming and moves out of range. Fischer loads up on a big right hand but Halo slips the punch. Halo has taken the fight to the clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Halo blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Having scored a knockdown, Dennis Fischer should take round 1, putting pressure on his opponene back strong in round 2. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
