The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reaves has managed to clinch.

Reaves drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Sestak gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Reaves ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Reaves no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sestak is pushing down on Reaves's leg trying to pass to half guard. Reaves is fighting to maintain full guard but Sestak has managed to sneak the leg through. Reaves is looking for a sweep. Sestak is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Owi tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Cerrone is able to avoid easily. Cerrone wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Hsu keeps trying to improve his position. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Forman working away. Hsu is looking for a sweep. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hsu is trying to escape the position but Forman is controlling the position. Forman working the ground and pound. Hsu might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Forman haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Forman has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hsu is proving hard to escape from. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hsu is on top in guard.
My spies in Coffins MMA inform me that Hsu has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Hsu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Forman swivels though and keeps the full guard. Hsu is fighting to break Forman's control of his arms but Forman is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Hsu trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

McPeepee shoots and misses and Mendoza rattles McPeepee with a well-timed uppercut counter. - McPeepee tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Mendoza dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving McPeepee stiff and motionless on the mat!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed right hand from Thompson misses the target. A shot to the liver by Thompson. Beautiful body shot. Thompson connects with a looping right hand.

Alexander slips under a jab from Wang. Donk. Wang catches Alexander right on the button with a cross. Wang tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Alexander ducks under a wild hook from Wang. Wang throws a head kick that misses and Alexander cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Alexander counters with a nice right hand that sends Wang toppling to the canvas! Wang scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Alexander finish him?!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mne's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Camara connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mne scrambles back to his feet. Camara steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mne. Mne walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Camara checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Camara lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Mne shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Camara pinned against the cage. Camara gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Camara clinches with his opponent.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Mne has eaten all the pies! Mne tries to pull guard but Camara holds him up against the cage and eventually Mne drops back down to his feet.
Mne is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Gaylord Camara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Slava Mne. Mne's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Camara softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Camara pushes Mne back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Camara prevents the takedown attempt.

Camara makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Camara lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Camara throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Mnes head. Camara lands with a light punch inside. A short right from Camara.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Camara lands with a short head shot on the inside. Camara digs a right hand underneath Mne's ribcage. Mne let out a lung full of air as it connected. A short right from Camara on the inside. Mne tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Camara smiles and moves away.

Camara drops Mne with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mne looks back up at him and smiles so Camara waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Mne is rocked! Camara is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Camara throws a shot to the body.
Mne is still on wobbly legs! Can Camara finish him? Camara fakes the body blow, causing Mne to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Mne goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mi connects with a jab. Mi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bizihwaeile moves away. Yuhsuck Mi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jab, jab by Bizihwaeile - just one landing.
It looks like Yuhsuck Mi has been cut. A big left from Mi misses. Mi misses with a double jab.

Bizihwaeile scores with a nice strike. Mi tries to clinch but Bizihwaeile moves away and Bizihwaeile counters with a solid body kick. Mi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bizihwaeile to score with a decent uppercut. Mi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bizihwaeile moves away. Mi has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Mi lands with a nice combination. Bizihwaeile backs away looking to recover. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bizihwaeile scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Bizihwaeile thuds his right hand into Mi's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Mi is looking to clinch but Bizihwaeile is avoiding it.
Bizihwaeile uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mi. Mi fails in his attempt to clinch. A counter left hand to the body from Bizihwaeile misses its target. Mi tries to clinch there but Bizihwaeile circles away.

Barbosa's coaches at Zero Tolerance have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. Diaz scoring with punches from side control. Barbosa takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
