The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dos Santos closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ito did well to prevent Dos Santos getting side control.

Josuke shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Muwaitang pinned against the cage. Muwaitang gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Josuke throws a right and a left that both miss.
Josuke slips a jab from Muwaitang.
Josuke really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Josuke gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Muwaitang wants to break free but Josuke has control.
Josuke keeps control of Muwaitang as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Muwaitang looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Muwaitang escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

It looks like Jotaro Josuke has been cut.
Josuke shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Muwaitang as he avoids it easily.

Josuke closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Go shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nation's guard.

Nation misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Go shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nation but Nation pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nation darts in looking for a takedown but Go gets double underhooks and turns Nation into the cage.

Nation fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Go, pushing him back against the cage.
