Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Momofuku Ando (ranked 6459 p4p, 617 weight class) and Milo Vicente (ranked 3289 p4p, 402 weight class). Ando comes to the cage accompanied by The Pot Noodle Song. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Milo Vicente! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vicente gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Vicente looks to throw the jab but Ando is out of range. Ando seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Vicente lands a nice looking body shot.
Ando connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Vicente momentarily.

Kock is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Kock wants to control the action here but instead Hazuki manages to pass to full mount! Hazuki has been the more effective fighter overall so far. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A head punch blocked on the inside by Hazuki. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kock creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Hazuki throws out a loose jab but Kock uses good head movement to avoid it. Hazuki shoots and misses and Kock counters with a big head kick but Hazuki shrugs it off.
Hazuki is rocked! Kock dances in with a quick combination. Hazuki is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Kock snaps Hazuki's head back. Hazuki stumbles backwards against the cage. Kock steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Hazuki's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Hazuki just didn't come prepared.

Dentler bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Holmes's head.

Holmes keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dentler. Holmes displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dentler throws out the jab. A slow jab from Dentler misses its intended target. Holmes steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dentler. The fighters circling - Dentler throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Holmes takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Dentler missing with a left hand there. Holmes was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Dentler steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Holmes. Dentler scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Holmes misses with a looping left.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Holmes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dentler. Dentler cracks Holmes with an uppercut from hell and Holmes crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Dentler's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Holmes is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Dentler trying to control the position from guard on top but Holmes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dentler's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Holmes is still in real trouble! Can Dentler finish him? Dentler scoring with some ground and pound. Dentler stands up over Holmes, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Dentler arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Holmes's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bates shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bates was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Spence is looking to reverse the position. Bates working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Bates swings around for an armbar but Spence sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Bates's guard. Bates is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bates working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Spence doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Spence manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
