Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Harko screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Steel feints and as Allen raises his hands in defense, Steel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Steel drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Steel jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Topham Hatt.
