Allen circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! James drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Allen follows James to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goldberg throws a shot to the body.
Fighter's coach down at Armored Fitness & Sparring was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Fighter's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Fighter bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Goldberg's head backwards.
It looks like David Goldberg has been cut. Goldberg slips under a jab from Fighter. Goldberg's corner calls for a 1-2. Goldberg obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Fighter throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Goldberg sees it coming and avoids it easily. Goldberg fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Fighter tests Goldberg's chin there with a solid looking shot. Fighter lands with a right hand. Goldberg lands a jab to Fighter's midsection. Fighter takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A jab from Goldberg does it's job there. Goldberg lands a jab to Fighter's midsection. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Devlin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Slevin moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Slevin throws the left hand but Devlin avoids the punch easily. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Slevin misses with a hook. Slevin thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Devlin if he has to take too many more of those.
Devlin moves out of range as Slevin strikes. Devlin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Slevin throws a right hand that Devlin ducks under and follows up with a left that Devlin also avoids with ease. Devlin wants to land a leg kick but Slevin is out of range. A left lands for Devlin. Devlin tries a head kick but it misses.

Vermer looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Vermer has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Island Sparring in the buildup to the fight. Sik tries to clinch but Vermer is having none of it. Vermer lands a nice looking body kick. Vermer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Sik sprawling to the canvas! Sik rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Vermer finish him?!

It looks like Dat Sik has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sik drops his hands momentarily. Vermer doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Sik staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Sik doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Chuckwu. Chuckwu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Locadia avoids it really well and circles away. Locadia is trying to counter with his kicks. Chuckwu misses with a takedown attempt and Locadia connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Obina Chuckwu. That's going to take a lot out of him. Chuckwu with a lazy takedown attempt letting Locadia counter with a right hand. Chuckwu with a poor takedown and Locadia connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Locadia gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chuckwu accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Chuckwu's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Chuckwu pushes down on Locadia's leg and manages to get into half guard. Locadia pushes Chuckwu off looking to stand but Chuckwu dives back in and keeps control.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Locadia on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
