Pattonson shoots in looking for a takedown. Thompson tries to sprawl out of it but Pattonson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thompson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Thompson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Pattonson sprawling to the canvas! Pattonson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Thompson finish him?!

Rico has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
