Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Krisstiyan Radev!

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mysterio is defended easily by Radev.
Radev scores with the left hand. Mysterio knows he should have avoided that one.

Mysterio on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Radev moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Mysterio throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Radev's waist but Radev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mysterio off to one side.
Mysterio shoots in for a takedown but Radev shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rey Mysterio. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Radev can't keep his opponent in guard - Mysterio advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Mysterio working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Pyke clinches.
Vice prevents a takedown attempt there.
Pyke is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Vice wants to break free but Pyke has control.
Vice is looking to break free of the clinch but Pyke has double underhooks.
Vice pushes Pyke back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Vice working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Pyke is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Vice pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Pyke gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Vice throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Pyke really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vice. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Pyke got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vice has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pyke has managed to get both his arms back between Vice's legs - danger averted.

Vice has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Pyke can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Vice has his feet on Pyke's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Vice fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Vice will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Vice sets himself, and Pyke steps forward looking for the clinch! Vice avoids it this time.

Pyke bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Vice tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Pyke is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Vice can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Pyke won't let Vice get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Vice tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Pyke breaks from Vice's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Pyke is landing with some decent strikes but Vice is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Pyke postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Vice looks a forlorn figure.
Vice is rocked!

Pyke has control of Vice's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Vice regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Pyke wants to control the pace but Vice is squirming around nicely.

Oh Vice is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
