Pitung steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Knight. Pitung throws a hook to the side of Knight's head but Knight sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Jed Knight seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Knight throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Pitung looks winded! Knight misses with a hook
and Pitung cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Pitung avoids a lazy jab quite easily. An inside leg kick from Knight misses. Knight lands a body shot.
Pitung misses with a right hand letting Knight counter with a right hand. Knight cracks Pitung with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes. Knight throws out a loose jab but Pitung uses good head movement to avoid it. Pitung swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Knight bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Knight throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Knight connects with the punch. Pitung takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Knight misses with a wild body shot. It seemed like Pitung was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Knight slips under a jab. Knight throws a quick counter kick to the body but Pitung avoids it. Pitung moves out of range of the body kick from Knight.

Pitung walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
