Brown looks to land a left hand but Bottini moved out of range nicely.
Brown takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Bottini fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Brown, pushing him back against the ropes.

Bottini turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bottini manages to end up in side control.
Brown sneaks back into half guard.
Brown slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Bottini knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brown on the ground.

Brown working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bottini doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Brown is tightening it up a little... Bottini has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Bottini reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Bottini taps out! Nice BJJ there by Brown!

A relieved looking Dave Brown thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Marui throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Taylor crashing down! Taylor tries to stagger back to his feet but Marui just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Taylor asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

Hilly's coach down at Armored Fitness & Sparring was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hilly's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hilly cracks Valdez with an uppercut from hell and Valdez crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Hilly's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Hilly tries to stand but Valdez is controlling from the bottom.
Oh Valdez is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hilly loads up on a big left hand. Valdez felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Hilly looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Valdez can't hide his disappointment, as Hilly celebrates the victory.
