 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hamed fails to land the takedown. Hamed fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Blanco shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Blanco showed some decent athleticism there.
Hamed actively working from the bottom here. Blanco throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Blanco wants to pass to mount but Hamed is defending the position. Blanco wants to stand but Hamed has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Blanco seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Blanco seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Hamed is trying to get back to full guard. Hamed wants to control but Blanco is keeping busy and won't allow it.

and Blanco counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hamed's guard now. Blanco wants to stand but Hamed has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hamed looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Blanco has picked Hamed up and slammed him! Hamed can't keep hold of the triangle and Blanco manages to pass to side control! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Blanco jabs Hamed right on the nose. Hamed blinks but takes it well. Hamed misses with a takedown attempt
and Blanco counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Blanco. Hamed jumps guard but Blanco stands there with Hamed around his waist. Hamed gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

and Blanco moves into the clinch. Hamed goes for a takedown attempt but Blanco pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Hamed walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Blanco misses with a two punch combination.
Blanco throws a series of punches but Hamed moves out of range. Hamed fails with the takedown and Blanco counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hamed gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Blanco counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Maximo Blanco showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Blanco stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Hamed shoots and misses and Blanco makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Blanco throws a head kick that half lands.
Blanco tries to land a front kick but Hamed steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Nazir Hamed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hamed shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Blanco counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Blanco scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Hamed slips a jab and a cross from Blanco.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Hamed is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Blanco.

Blanco closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Blanco is taking a breather. Hamed says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Blanco drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hamed is looking to reverse the position.

Hamed struggling a bit here. Maximo Blanco has got the better of the ground game so far. Blanco cracks Hamed with an elbow. That is naaassty. Hamed is trying to control Blanco's posture but Blanco avoids it.

 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Blanco darts in and clinches Hamed up against the cage. Hamed goes for a takedown attempt but Blanco pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Hamed had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Blanco defends it easily. Hamed can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Blanco controls the pace.
And that's the end of the fight! Maximo Blanco comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Blanco has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Flanagan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Stinkman moves into range and connects with a jab. Flanagan tries to clinch there but Stinkman circles away.

Flanagan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Stinkman cracks Flanagan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Donk. Stinkman catches Flanagan right on the button with a cross. Flanagan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Stinkman scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Flanagan with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Stinkman to score with a decent uppercut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stinkman shoots in looking for a takedown. Flanagan tries to sprawl out of it but Stinkman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Flanagan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Stinkman throws a low kick but Flanagan avoids it. Flanagan has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Flanagan is looking to clinch but Stinkman is avoiding it.

Flanagan tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Flanagan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Stinkman circles away from the clinch attempt and Stinkman counters with a lovely straight right hand! Flanagan doesn't manage to clinch there - Stinkman circles away.

A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Stinkman lands a lovely overhand right.
