Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Vladimirs Voranovskis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Relyk Stone! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone gets in close and instigates a clinch. Stone tries to circle away but Voranovskis has him pinned against the cage. Stone pulls guard successfully.
Voranovskis seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Voranovskis gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Voranovskis closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Stone did well to prevent Voranovskis getting side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stone is trying to stand up here but Voranovskis is controlling him well. It looks like Voranovskis is going to stand back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Voranovskis blocks the strikes from Stone.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Voranovskis lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Stone wants to hold on but Voranovskis pushes him away. Voranovskis is landing with some decent strikes but Stone is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Voranovskis prevents Stone from getting the reversal. Stone wants to control but Voranovskis is having none of it. Stone bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Voranovskis throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Voranovskis wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Voranovskis bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stone's guard. Voranovskis's corner is telling him to maintain position. Stone wants to get back to his feet but Voranovskis passes into half guard.
Voranovskis is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Stone is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Voranovskis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Stone is just riding it out for now. Voranovskis eventually gives up the hold. Stone trying to control here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Voranovskis in particular looking to stall. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stone gets caught napping as Voranovskis dives in and scores a takedown. Stone manages to retain guard. Stone is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Voranovskis controls from within his opponent's guard. Voranovskis stands and throws Stone's legs to the side, diving into side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stone can't do much from the bottom here. Voranovskis takes a little break here. Stone wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Voranovskis is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Stone can do to turn this around?

Voranovskis trying to mount his opponent but Stone defends it. Voranovskis prevents Stone from improving his position. Stone won't allow Voranovskis to pass to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Voranovskis slows the pace down in half guard. Voranovskis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Stone is just riding it out for now. Voranovskis eventually gives up the hold. Stone looks like he's trying to stand up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone doesn't manage to clinch there - Voranovskis circles away.
Stone fails with a takedown attempt. Stone bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Stone scores with a push kick. Stone shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Voranovskis pinned against the cage. Voranovskis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A looping hook to the body misses from Voranovskis. Stone does a little dance to reset his feet. Stone lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Voranovskis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Stone scoring well with a low kick there.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone regains half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Voranovskis not doing much here.
Voranovskis seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Stone for as long as he can get away with. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Voranovskis scores with a couple of good hammerfists. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vladimirs Voranovskis dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Voranovskis drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Voranovskis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stone on the ground. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Stone on the wrong end of some ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stone is trying to buck Voranovskis off. Voranovskis content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Stone wants to control but Voranovskis postures up. Stone looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Voranovskis pushes Stone up against the cage in a clinch. Stone struggles to land a body shot inside as Voranovskis controls his hands.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Voranovskis is trying to push Stone away but Stone has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Voranovskis jumps guard but Stone stands there with Voranovskis around his waist. Voranovskis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Stone tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Voranovskis smiles and moves away.

Vladimirs Voranovskis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Relyk Stone. Voranovskis stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Voranovskis after a bit of a struggle. I was talking to Voranovskis's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Voranovskis wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Stone has him pressed against the cage. Voranovskis controlling the action here for a moment.
Stone is trying to drag Voranovskis to the mat but Voranovskis just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Stone takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Voranovskis breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Voranovskis keeps the fight on the outside. Voranovskis throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stone tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Voranovskis is in Stone's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone looking for subs off his back but Voranovskis has passed one foot through into half guard.
Voranovskis is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Voranovskis is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Voranovskis is looking for a kimura but Stone is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Voranovskis to get the leverage.
And that's the end of the fight! Vladimirs Voranovskis showed his dominance in that final round. Well Voranovskis has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Chiappe shoots in and drives through. Ru sprawls well. Ru connects with a body shot that sends Chiappe's belly button to the back. Chiappe fails with the takedown and Ru counters with a straight right hand. Chiappe gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Ru counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Wei Ru has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pippo Chiappe. Chiappe misses with a takedown attempt and Ru counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Chiappe shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Ru counters with a nice right hand that sends Chiappe toppling to the canvas! Chiappe scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Ru finish him?! Chiappe is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Chiappe with a poor takedown and Ru counters with a lovely shot to the body. Chiappe looks winded! Chiappe with a poor takedown and Ru counters with a big right hand! Oh Chiappe is in trouble here! Ru follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

Soul rushes Panda and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Panda has Soul pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. The fighters roll with the hold and Soul manages to kick Panda off! Panda jumps back into Soul's guard. Panda with a flurry of punches that miss. Panda is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Panda throwing strikes from guard but Soul blocks nicely. Soul on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Soul tries to get out of the position.

Buckets moves into range and connects with a jab. Islandish leaves Buckets with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Buckets tries to keep at a distance but Islandish has taken the fight into the clinch. Buckets is looking to control Islandish's arms but Islandish gets an underhook and turns him. Now Buckets has his back to the cage. Islandish tightens his grip and picks Buckets up, before dumping him to the ground. Buckets manages to land in guard. Buckets tries to land a sweep but no joy. Islandish with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Buckets knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Islandish on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buckets has momentary wrist control but Islandish slips an elbow through the middle. Islandish makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Islandish slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's one minute gone in the round. Islandish decides to take the fight back to the feet. Buckets gets tackled into the cage by Islandish. Islandish maintains the clinch. Islandish has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Buckets regains guard immediately. Buckets wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Islandish manages to pass to side control. Islandish working over Buckets with some ground and pound. Buckets looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Islandish working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Islandish stands up from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Buckets shoots in for a takedown but Islandish shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Islandish tries a head kick but it misses.
It looked like Buckets was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Islandish. Islandish stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Islandish wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenny Buckets. That's going to take a lot out of him. Islandish drives through and clinches with Buckets against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Islandish gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Buckets regains guard.

He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Ricky turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! Nice combination. Breno Pinheiro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Okafor has his takedown stuffed and Pinheiro counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Pinheiro connects with a body shot that sends Okafor's belly button to the back. Okafor looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Pinheiro clinches. Pinheiro lands on the inside with an uppercut. Pinheiro stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Pinheiro throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Okafor on the side of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Okafor on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Okafor tries for a takedown but Pinheiro circles away easily enabling Pinheiro to counter with a crisp jab. Pinheiro's jab looks to have found its range, popping Okafor under the eye. No luck with that takedown attempt from Okafor. Pinheiro looks like he wants to counter punch here. Pinheiro feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Okafors jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Okafor takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Okafor shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rasputin wants to stand but Farley is controlling his posture from full guard. Farley pulls Rasputin in close to prevent any damage.

Rasputin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rasputin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Farley lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Rasputin wants to stand and escape but Farley is having none of it. Rasputin keeping moving, preventing Farley from controlling successfully. Farley landing some decent shots from guard. Rasputin wants to get back to his feet but Farley is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Farley's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Farley landing some decent shots from guard. Rasputin has momentary wrist control but Farley slips an elbow through the middle. Farley sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rasputin's guard. Farley lands strikes from half guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Farley working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. Farley is taking a breather. Rasputin says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Farley working the head and body with strikes. Farley stops Rasputin from getting back to his feet.
Rasputin on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Farley throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Rasputin tries to kick Farley off but Farley keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Rasputin is staying active underneath Farley, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Farley moves nicely into side control. Rasputin is not in a great position here, taking some shots. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rasputin wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Rasputin taking a bit of punishment here - Farley scoring with strikes.
