Dias let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
A lazy left from Dias finds it's target.

Dias cracks Lavice with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dias has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lavice to stand back up!

It looks like Rene Lavice has been cut.

Lavice ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dias moves away.
Lavice seems to have got his legs back now.
Rene Lavice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dias cracks a nice hook into Lavice's ribs.
Lavice gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Dias gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Boyce tries to clinch up but Sankari circles away and keeps his distance.

Boyce darts in and clinches Sankari up against the cage.

Boyce jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sankari walks away with a smile on his face. Boyce gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Sankari tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Boyce's elbow.
Boyce tries to pull guard but Sankari holds him up against the cage and eventually Boyce drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Liam Boyce. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boyce is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Sankari to keep the fight standing.

Sankari is trying to control Boyce's posture. Boyce takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Sankari! Boyce is rotating here... this could be the end... Sankari is out! Boyce has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
