and McCarthy counters with a body kick that stops O Toole in his tracks momentarily.

O Toole closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into McCarthy's guard.
McCarthy has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
O Toole in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McCarthy lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.


O Toole throws his legs up looking for a submission but McCarthy uses it to pass to side control.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Oliver McCarthy.

and Butler counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Myles Keegan has been cut.

Keegan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Butler walks away with a smile on his face. Keegan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Keating throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around MacLoughlin's waist but MacLoughlin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Keating off to one side.
Keating closes the distance and clinches up with MacLoughlin, looking for a takedown. Keating pushes MacLoughlin against the cage but MacLoughlin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
