Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alec Harvey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ubereem Rua ! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.

Rua takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Harvey fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Harvey lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nice sprawl there from Harvey as Rua shoots in. Rua tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Harvey swivels and escapes. Harvey connects with a jab.
Rua is rocked! Rua misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Rua is still on wobbly legs! Can Harvey finish him? Alec Harvey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ubereem Rua . Harvey fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rua seems to have recovered his senses. Harvey misses with a two punch combination.
Rua drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Harvey throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
This has been an exciting period of action! Rua takes a swing at Harvey's ribcage but misses. Rua walks straight into a right hand from Harvey - that's dropped him! Harvey jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Rua from any more punishment! Rua complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Alec Harvey! A victorious Alec Harvey thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.

With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Max Washington ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Esteban Viscara! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.

Washington looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Washington is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Washington looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Viscara with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Viscara on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Washington seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Washington has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Washington moves into full mount! Viscara won't be happy about that! Washington working the ground and pound effectively.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Washington content just to control the position here. Viscara is in all sorts of trouble here.

Washington scoring with strikes but Viscara is staying in there. Washington tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Washington connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Viscara wants to control but Washington is having none of it.
Washington is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Viscara is forced to tap! Great finish!

Oliveira throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mesido tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Oliveira is in Mesido's guard. Oliveira stops Mesido from standing up. Oliveira wants to control from the top but Mesido keeps moving. Oliveira won't allow Mesido to get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mesido utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Our spies down at at XXX inform us that Mesido has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Oliveira stops Mesido from standing up.

Mesido keeping moving, preventing Oliveira from controlling successfully. Oliveira is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Oliveira with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Oliveira throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mesido was covering up waiting for the punch and Oliveira finishes the takedown easily into guard. Mesido wants to stand up but Oliveira is controlling him. Oliveira trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Mesido manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

A looping hook to the body misses from Barnes. Pickton does a little dance to reset his feet. Pickton misses with a two punch combination.
Barnes takes a jab right on the kisser.
Robert Pickton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pickton lands a really nice looking cross but Barnes seems unphased.
Pickton connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Pickton goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Barnes is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pickton drops Barnes with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Barnes! Pickton dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Kuroda knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for De Wolf on the ground. Kuroda looking for a sweep. Not yet Kuroda, not yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. De Wolf in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. De Wolf is stalling in the full guard. Kuroda wants to sweep but no luck. De Wolf tries to free his leg and advance position but Kuroda is retaining full guard.

De Wolf wants to stand but Kuroda is controlling the position. Kuroda throws a strike but De Wolf rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Kuroda is working hard here to advance position. De Wolf working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kuroda's head. Kuroda wants to sweep here but De Wolf controlling him for the moment. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as De Wolf accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kuroda is on top in guard.
Kuroda wants to control from the top but De Wolf keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Sander De Wolf will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

De Wolf gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kuroda to score an easy takedown into full guard. Kuroda looking to sit in guard and control but De Wolf gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

De Wolf is nestled in close to Kuroda, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Kuroda blocking the ground and pound attempt from De Wolf. De Wolf looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Kuroda is staying active underneath De Wolf, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Kuroda trying to control from the bottom.

He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Kuroda looking for a sweep. Not yet Kuroda, not yet. De Wolf keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kuroda's head. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw De Wolf working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. De Wolf makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Kuroda controls De Wolf momentarily but De Wolf frees himself. De Wolf is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Kuroda looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Komaroff felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Komaroff avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Banahatti. Komaroff really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Banahatti. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Banahatti controlling the action here. Banahatti prevents Komaroff from standing back up.

Fatass feints and as Bowers raises his hands in defense, Fatass changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bowers kicks Fatass off and gets to his feet. Android Fatass seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fatass throws a lazy head kick and Bowers counters with a three punch combo that has Fatass backing up. Fatass nods at Bowers to acknowledge the strikes. Fatass shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bowers as he jumps to the side. Bowers digs a good body shot into Fatass's ribs. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fatass walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Bowers lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fatass at a distance.
Fatass shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bowers jabs at Fatass's body. Fatass throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Fatass shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Bowers to counter with a crisp jab. Art Bowers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Android Fatass.

Fatass wants to clinch up but Bowers keeps it at a distance. Fatass doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bowers counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Fatass rushes Bowers and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Fatass looking for a takedown. Fatass tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bowers pulls guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bowers scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Bowers moves into range and connects with a jab. Fatass dives in and grabs Bowers's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bowers pushes down on Fatass's head and hops out. Bowers lands a slapping body shot.

Fatass shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bowers counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Fatass has a takedown stuffed. Some bone on bone action there as Bowers checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Fatass tries for a takedown but Bowers circles away easily and Bowers counters with a right hand to the body. The fighters circle momentarily. Bowers darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Fatass shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bowers closes the distance and lands a one-two. Bowers is looking to wear down Fatass with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Fatass tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bowers sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fatass somewhat.

and Bowers counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bowers scores with a jab. Fatass walks into a straight right hand from Bowers. Bowers lands with a cross. Horrible takedown attempt by Fatass or perhaps it was just good defense by Bowers, which made it look bad. A lazy left from Bowers finds it's target. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Art Bowers dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Fatass shoots and misses and Bowers counters with a three punch combo that has Fatass backing up. Fatass nods at Bowers to acknowledge the strikes. Fatass shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bowers defends it nicely. Bowers went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Nice body punch from Bowers.
Fatass closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fatass is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bowers gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Art Bowers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Android Fatass. Fatass is looking for a takedown. Bowers fails to pull guard.
Fatass tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bowers smiles and moves away.

Bowers has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Fatass on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Fatass with a poor takedown and Bowers counters with a leg kick. Fatass is breathing heavily. Fatass throws a low kick but Bowers avoids it. Bowers scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Bowers turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Fatass misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Bowers lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Bowers closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Art Bowers is winning the standup battle so far. Fatass takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Art Bowers is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Fatass ducks right into an uppercut from Bowers. Fatass has his takedown stuffed and Bowers counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That kick from Bowers tenderised Fatass's leg. Fatass is trying to keep his angry face on. Fatass drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Art Bowers is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bowers fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Fatass looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Bowers throws a leg kick which misses Fatass's front leg but catches the back leg as Fatass tries to avoid it.

Fatass gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Bowers counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Fatass takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Bowers drops Fatass with a beautiful combination! Fatass stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Bowers is looking for the KO!

and Takeda counters with a right hand to the body. Takeda uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kaupens. Kaupens misses with a wild body shot. Takeda is looking to counter punch. Takeda slips under a jab. A counter left hand to the body from Takeda misses its target. Kaupens keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
