We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sarai is looking to work some ground and pound but Mehoff has wrist control.

Sarai drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mehoff manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Sarai has Mehoff in his guard.
Mehoff tries to stand but Sarai is controlling from the bottom.
Mehoff wants to control from the top but Sarai keeps moving.

Sarai working for a triangle but Mehoff defends it easily.

Sarai has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Mehoff should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Sarai has tightened it up now! Mehoff should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fairtex grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Dhanju takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Fairtex cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
