Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Touney Jack! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Otto Ortiz! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.

Jack steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ortiz. Ortiz throws a shot from downtown. Jack moves away and avoids it. Donk. Jack catches Ortiz right on the button with a cross. Jack paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Jack throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jack jabs Ortiz right on the nose. Ortiz blinks but takes it well. Ortiz shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Ortiz is rocked! Good exchange - Jack coming out on top. Ortiz is still on wobbly legs! Can Jack finish him? Ortiz tries to keep at a distance but Jack has taken the fight into the clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Jack lands a nice uppercut. Jack keeps control of Ortiz as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Jack drops Ortiz onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Ortiz is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet! Jack throws a punch but it's blocked by Ortiz. Ortiz wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jack has him pressed against the cage. Jack swings wildly with an uppercut but Ortiz uses good head movement to avoid it. Ortiz seems to have recovered his senses. Jack tries a body shot but Ortiz blocks it.

Touney Jack dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Jack ducks under a wild hook from Ortiz. Ortiz throws an overhand right that lands on Jack's shoulder, as Jack tries to avoid the shot. Touney Jack is winning the standup battle so far. Ortiz gets tackled into the cage by Jack. Jack maintains the clinch. Jack tries to work over Ortiz's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Ortiz trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Ortiz striking off his back but it's not causing Jack any problems. Ortiz throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Jack connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ortiz misses with an uppercut. Jack saw that one coming. Jack cracks Ortiz with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jack has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ortiz to stand back up! Ortiz throws out a loose jab but Jack uses good head movement to avoid it. Ortiz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jack manages to avoid it. and Jack counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Ortiz! He's just covering up as Jack starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

A very excited looking Touney Jack made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
