Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hunk Stephen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Diego Magnifico! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jorge Garcia and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magnifico shoots in looking for a takedown but Stephen manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Magnifico's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Magnifico fails with the takedown and Stephen counters with a single leg into guard. Magnifico didn't expect that. Stephen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Stephen wants to stand and escape but instead Magnifico has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Magnifico wants to pass the guard but Stephen is keeping the position. Stephen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Magnifico trying to control the position from guard on top but Stephen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Magnifico working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Magnifico seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Magnifico must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Magnifico postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kurosaki manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Zombie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kurosaki throws out the jab. A lazy left from Kurosaki finds it's target. Zombie is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kurosaki 's half guard. Zombie wants to control but Kurosaki is keeping him busy. Zombie takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Kurosaki wants to improve his position but Zombie is controlling well.

Zombie looks for a takedown but Kurosaki sprawls well. Zombie on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Kurosaki pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kurosaki throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Zombie throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Zombie has managed to clinch.

Oh Zombie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kurosaki creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Zombie with a big uppercut! Zombie tries to clinch up but Kurosaki pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Zombie to the mat! Zombie covers up and Kurosaki unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
