Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, TJ Thompson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Diego Pereira! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pereira gets the takedown into side control. Pereira lands a few punches from side control. Pereira controls the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pereira tries to stand but Thompson is controlling his head. Pereira is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Thompson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Pereira has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Pereira wants to lay and pray for a moment but Thompson keeps working. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pereira sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Thompson is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Pereira controlling the position from side mount. Thompson is trying to improve his position. Pereira is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Thompson is looking to reverse the position. Thompson wants to control but Pereira postures up. Pereira tries to stand but Thompson is controlling his head.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pereira is defended easily by Thompson. Thompson shoots in but Pereira avoids the takedown attempt easily. Pereira is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Pereira drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Thompson is looking for a sweep. Pereira is looking to take a break and control but Thompson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. A control attempt from Thompson but he's now mounted!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Pereira lands a big shot there that rocks Thompson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Thompson is controlling an arm, preventing Pereira from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Pereira misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Thompson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pereira on the ground. Pereira scoring with strikes but Thompson is staying in there. Pereira working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Thompson looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Pereira! Submission of the night perhaps?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rakic swats away the attempt to clinch by Gane. Gane gets a double leg takedown into Rakic's guard. Rakic pushes Gane off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Gane blocks a head kick by Rakic.
Rakic shoots in for a double leg but Gane sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Gane closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rakic to the mat! Rakic manages to get full guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rakic working for submissions but it's allowed Gane to get to half guard.

Rakic is staying active underneath Gane, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Rakic manages to escape and get back to his feet! Sloppy strikes from Gane. Those never looked like landing. Gane gets in close and instigates a clinch. Gane prevents a takedown attempt there.
Gane could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Gane slows down the pace here.

Gane leaves Rakic with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Gane closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gane lands in his opponent's guard. Rakic manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Rakic is breathing heavily.

Gane shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Rakic manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Gane keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rakic tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gane smiles and moves away.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Rakic keeping moving, preventing Gane from controlling successfully. Gane in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Rakic manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gane manages to get himself to full guard.
Rakic is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Gane has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Rakic is looking to defend but Gane has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Rakic! Gane pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Rakic taps out and this one is all over!

And that's the end of the fight! Augustus Gadela showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gadela, winning every round. Will the judges agree? The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walker stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Walker wants it to stay on the feet. Cirkunov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Walker circles away quickly and effectively. Walker throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cirkunov's waist but Cirkunov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Walker off to one side. Cirkunov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Cirkunov fails to land the takedown. Walker misses with a takedown attempt - Cirkunov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Cirkunov tries for a takedown but Walker sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Neil Walker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyron Cirkunov. Walker gets a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A head punch blocked on the inside by Walker. Walker is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Cirkunov pulls him back up using the underhooks. Walker jumps guard.

Walker stalks Cirkunov and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cirkunov's face. Cirkunov staggers backwards, shaken. Walker misses with a low kick.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kaufer throws a body kick that misses and Gillespie counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gillespie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kaufer is just riding it out for now. Gillespie eventually gives up the hold. Kaufer makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Gillespie connects with a body shot that sends Kaufer's belly button to the back. Kaufer shoots in and drives through.
