Nice takedown defense from Gizmo . No joy for Okoro on that attempt.
Gizmo appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

and Gizmo counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Okoro is looking to control Gizmo 's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Okoro avoid being mounted?
Gizmo performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Gizmo is thwarting Okoro's attempts to control the position.
Gizmo wants to free his trapped foot but Okoro is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Gizmo wants to work for an arm triangle but Okoro is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Okoro is refusing to be controlled, as Gizmo sits in half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Gizmo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Okoro doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gizmo .

Gizmo is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Okoro has managed to free his arm - good work.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Okoro can do anything to dispel that myth.
Gizmo content to control rather than advance.

Okoro is looking for a sweep. Gizmo is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Gizmo is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Lefty throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Monkey tries to counter with a clinch but Lefty shakes him off and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Monkey takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lefty. Monkey does a little dance to reset his feet.
Monkey wants to counter the offense by Lefty and move into the clinch position.

Lefty keeps the fight on the outside.
Lefty misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Monkey.
Lefty swings for the body but Monkey moves out of range.
Lefty sets himself, and Monkey steps forward looking for the clinch! Lefty avoids it this time.
Monkey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Lefty paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lefty changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Lefty throws a body punch but Monkey moves out of range.
Monkey tries to counter by closing the distance.
Monkey is looking to clinch.
Lefty swats away the attempt to clinch by Monkey.

Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Brother fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Marley attempts a counter takedown but Brother avoids it well and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brother shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Marley but Marley pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Marley drops down looking for a counter takedown but Brother sprawls and moves away.

Marley fails with a takedown attempt.
Marley tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Brother defends well and Marley ends up having to push Brother into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Marley drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Brother gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Douglas Marley. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Brother prevents a takedown attempt there.
Marley is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Brother gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Marley is working for takedown but Brother is calmly controlling the position for now.
Brother is pressed up against the ropes. Marley has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Brother down to the mat. Brother avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Marley shoots for a takedown but Brother saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Coleslaw Brother comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.

Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Puno feints and then cracks Granite 's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Granite down.
Puno throws a nice inside leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Granite takes a swing at Puno's ribcage but misses.
Puno keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Puno swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Puno takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Granite closes the distance and clinches up with Puno, looking for a takedown. Granite pushes Puno against the ropes but Puno circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Granite throws a body shot but no joy.
Puno lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Granite takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Granite misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Puno.
Adan Puno is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nice sprawl there from Puno as Granite shoots in.
Puno wants to counter with a clinch but Granite pushes him away.

Granite takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
