Karlsson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Hendereson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Karlsson wanted to stand there but Hendereson had control of the position.

Hendereson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Karlsson defends well.
Karlsson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Hendereson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White stuffs the takedown.
White unleashes a big counter combination but Fox bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

White looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Fox!
Fox can't do much from the bottom here.
Fox is trying to work for a sweep but White has mounted him!
Fox keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Fox tries to lock up and control but White gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

White has hold of Fox's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Fox manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
