Ziyad shoots for a takedown but Niitsoos saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Niitsoos swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Ziyad appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Niitsoos fails to land the takedown.
Niitsoos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Niitsoos looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Niitsoos gets caught napping as Ziyad dives in and scores a takedown. Niitsoos manages to retain guard.
Ziyad stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Niitsoos throws up his legs and catches Ziyad in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Ziyad tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Niitsoos! That came out of nowhere!
