The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Shaw 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Shaw takes one on the button.
Knight lands a nice shot that snaps Shaw's head back.
It looks like Deshawn Shaw has been cut.
Shaw fakes the leg kick and cracks Knight in the body.
Shaw takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Shaw shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Knight manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Shaw stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Knight swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Shaw walks straight into a right hand from Knight - that's dropped him! Knight jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Shaw from any more punishment! Shaw complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
