Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Orion (ranked 14916 p4p, 21629 weight class) and Raphael Hide (ranked 189 p4p, 192 weight class). Orion comes to the cage accompanied by Iron Maiden - Hallowed be thy name. Hide has chosen Nightwish as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Raphael Hide! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orion throws a lazy uppercut
and Hide counters with a left to the body. Orion throws a hook to the side of Hide's head but Hide sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Orion throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hide sees it coming and avoids it easily. Orion misses with an uppercut
and Hide counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. A punch lands to the side of Hide 's head but he takes it in his stride. A slow jab from Orion misses its intended target. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oh shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in White 's guard. White is trying to keep Oh in close.

Oh trying to control the position from guard on top but White is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Oh looking to pass the guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Oh stands up over White , holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
And that's the end of the fight! Dosh Oh comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Oh has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kubrick ducks under a wild hook from Twelve. Twelve is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kubrick. Kubrick slips a jab from Twelve. Twelve swings widly with a right hand
and Kubrick counters with a straight right hand. Kubrick looks to score with a jab to the body but Twelve is just out of range. Kubrick gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Twelve throws the left hand but Kubrick avoids the punch easily. A quick step to the side and Kubrick tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Kubrick fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Twelve on the side of the head. Twelve walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Teodor is rocked! Jainar fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Teodor has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Oh Teodor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Teodor misses with a lunging right hand
and Jainar counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Teodor out cold! What a finish! Jainar is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

We've been hearing reports that Conan has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Rojas throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Conan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. It looks like Emilio Rojas has been cut. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Conan. A big left from Rojas misses. Conan changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Rojas takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Rojas misses with a telegraphed body shot

Hirigushi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Nti cracks Hirigushi with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Hirigushi is rocked! Nti throws a shot from downtown. Hirigushi moves away and avoids it. Hirigushi walks into a left hand. Oh Hirigushi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A left lands for Hirigushi. Hirigushi seems to have got his legs back now. This has been an exciting period of action! Hirigushi throws a left and a right that both miss
and Nti counters with a nice uppercut. Hirigushi lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Nti looks to land a left hand but Hirigushi moved out of range nicely. Hirigushi swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Hirigushi ducks under a wild hook from Nti.

Hirigushi throws a big counter combination but Nti scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Nti feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hirigushi sprawling to the canvas! Hirigushi rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Nti finish him?!

Nti misses with a looping right. This has been an exciting period of action! Nti lands a head kick!
Hirigushi throws a series of punches but Nti avoids them all with ease. Hirigushi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nti paws at him with a jab and circles away. Nti misses with an uppercut
and Hirigushi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Nti takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Nti might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Nti ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A slow jab from Nti misses its intended target. It looks like Hirigushi has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

and Hirigushi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Hirigushi misses with a wild body shot. Nice shot by Nti. Hirigushi's jab looks to have found its range, popping Nti under the eye. Hirigushi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Nti. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Nti! But no joy. Decent striking displayed by Hirigushi there. Hirigushi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Hirigushi looks to land a right hand but Nti moved out of range. Nti missing with a left hand there. Hirigushi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Hirigushi misses with a series of wild punches.

A big right from Nti misses. An attempted straight right counter from Hirigushi misses the target. Hirigushi is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Hirigushi scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Hirigushi moves into the clinch successfully.
Nti misses with a hook from the clinch. Hirigushi swings wildly with an uppercut but Nti uses good head movement to avoid it. Nti pushes Hirigushi back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Hirigushi throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Ntis head. Hirigushi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nti lands with a nice body punch. Hirigushi tries to clinch but Nti moves out of range. Nti lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Hirigushi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nti throws out the jab. It looked like Hirigushi wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Nti lands with a cross. Hirigushi moves out of range as Nti strikes. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Nti moves away from the strike by Hirigushi. Hirigushi connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nti momentarily.

Hirigushi wants to clinch up but Nti keeps it at a distance. Hirigushi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nti moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A looping hook to the body misses from Nti. Hirigushi does a little dance to reset his feet. Kendo Hirigushi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nti takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nti fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hirigushi manages to avoid it. Hirigushi lands with a straight right. Nti didn't see that one coming. Nti swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hirigushi. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hirigushi doesn't manage to clinch there - Nti circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nti sends Hirigushi crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Nti is motioning to the referee to let Hirigushi up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Hirigushi fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nti cracks Hirigushi with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Hirigushi falls to his knees and Nti doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
