Pusher uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cartier.

Pusher throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Pusher wants to pass to mount but Cartier is defending the position.
Pusher is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Cartier!
Pusher lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Cartier is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Pusher has hold of Cartier's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Cartier manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pusher is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Cartier is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Cartier flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Pusher anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Cartier and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Pusher slips an arm under Cartier chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Pusher has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Pusher is squeezing on Cartier like an anaconda would it's prey. Cartier fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

A very excited looking Robert Pusher rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Howard's waist but Howard gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Holt off to one side.
Howard drops down looking for a counter takedown but Holt sprawls and moves away.
Nice sprawl there from Howard as Holt shoots in.
Holt tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Howard manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Howard definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Howard displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Holt.
Dean Howard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raymond Holt.

Knight changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Wilford fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Knight avoids it really well and circles away.

Knight closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Knight lands in his opponent's guard.
Wilford is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Knight dives into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Knight lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Wilford down.
Wilford knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Knight on the ground.
