With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ben Aspirin!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartwright misses with a wild combination.
Cartwright scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Aspirin shoots and misses
and Aspirin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Cartwright counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Cartwright throws a combination. Aspirin tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Cartwright ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Aspirin has his takedown stuffed
and Cartwright counters with a series of strikes. Aspirin will be more careful next time no doubt.
Punchy Cartwright has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ben Aspirin.

Cartwright connects with a combination that backs up Aspirin into the cage. Cartwright lands a flurry of punches that gets past Aspirin's guard. Aspirin is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Cartwright bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

A less than humble Punchy Cartwright misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
