The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Simms is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Ali has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Simms has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Ali taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Simms doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Miller throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gabriel's waist but Gabriel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Miller off to one side.
Miller tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Gabriel paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Park throws a body punch but Sokol moves out of range.
Sokol seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Park throws a shot from downtown. Sokol moves away and avoids it.
Sokol fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sokol throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
