Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Foster (ranked 23873 p4p, 24028 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 663 p4p, 625 weight class). Foster comes to the cage accompanied by Nuclear Power Trio - A Clear and Present Rager. Lesnar is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Chop Suey. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Charles Foster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brock Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Joseph Jones and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foster gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Lesnar has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Lesnar lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Lesnar lands a body punch in the clinch. Foster is stalling here.

That's one minute gone in the round. A punch combination from Lesnar misses. Lesnar loads up on a big right hand but Foster slips the punch. Lesnar throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Lesnar connects with an inside leg kick. Lesnar misses with a left hand and Foster counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Foster. A shot in the inside from Lesnar. Lesnar blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Lesnar has a couple of punches blocked by Foster.

Foster has Lesnar pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Lesnar manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Lesnar scores with a shoulder strike. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lesnar controls Foster momentarily but Foster frees himself. Lesnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Foster stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lesnar swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lesnar working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Foster doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Foster manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lesnar is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Lesnar is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Foster is positioning himself well to prevent Lesnar advancing to mount. Lesnar winds up and cracks Foster with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Foster is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lesnar pulls his head out easily. Lesnar seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Lesnar is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Foster has managed to free his arm - good work. Foster is trying to stand up here but Lesnar is controlling him well. Foster is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lesnar pulls his head out easily. Lesnar thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Foster is not content to let Lesnar control the position. Lesnar prevents Foster from improving his position. Lesnar is looking for submissions but instead, Foster has regained full guard.
Lesnar in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Brock Lesnar dominated that round. The cut man is working on Charles Foster's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. A jab from Lesnar misses. Foster steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lesnar. Foster throws a big counter combination but Lesnar scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Foster uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lesnar. Lesnar misses with a double jab.
Lesnar throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Foster sees it coming and avoids it easily. Lesnar thuds his right hand into Foster's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. The fighters circling - Lesnar throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Nice jab there from Lesnar. Lesnar takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. A jab from Lesnar finds it's way through Foster's defenses. Charles Foster's cut is getting worse. Brock Lesnar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lesnar drops Foster with a big left hand! Foster is injured, injured bad! Lesnar jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brock Lesnar! Brock Lesnar was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ibricic drives through with a takedown into Pawlikowski's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Ibricic content to stall in guard here. Pawlikowski has his foot on Ibricic's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ibricic, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Riddle throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spears needs to keep his hands up - Mandiang had a free shot at his head there. Mandiang looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. A telegraphed right hand from Spears misses the target. A chopping leg kick lands by Spears. Mandiang displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Spears throws out the jab. Spears is looking to chop away at Mandiang's legs. Mandiang pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Spears cracks Mandiang with an open hand slap. Spears closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mandiang circles away. Spears shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mandiang as he avoids it easily. Mandiang takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Mandiang steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Spears. Mandiang moves out of range of the strikes. Good standup being displayed there by Mandiang as he connects with a hook. Spears is looking to clinch. It looked like Mandiang wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Spears closes the distance and clinches. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mandiang throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Spears wants to take the fight to the mat but Mandiang manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Aboubacar Mandiang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Spears fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mandiang manages to avoid it. Mandiang bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Spears's head backwards. Spears lands a lovely overhand right. Spears closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Spears lands in his opponent's guard. Mandiang has his feet on Spears's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Spears has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mandiang misses with a series of wild punches.

Mandiang manages to work his way to half guard, despite Spears's best efforts. Mandiang regains full guard. Nicely done. Spears postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Mandiang preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Mandiang pulls Spears in to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Spears accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Spears prevents Mandiang from moving into mount. Spears is looking for a sweep. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Spears is still trying to improve position. Mandiang is staying tight to Spears's torso, preventing him from escaping. That's three minutes gone in the round. Kamara has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by King. A solid body kick from King. King comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Kamara takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
