The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mishimoto throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Polak looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
A left lands for Mishimoto.
Polak shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Polak takes one to the side of the head.
Mishimoto scores with a nice strike.

Mishimoto throws a leg kick which misses Polak's front leg but catches the back leg as Polak tries to avoid it.
Mishimoto buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Mishimoto tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mishimoto fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Polak manages to avoid it.
Mishimoto cracks a nice hook into Polak's ribs.
Mishimoto clobbers Polak with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Mishimoto has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Polak crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Mishimoto - the referee stops the clock and Polak gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Mishimoto. Polak manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Polak moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Mishimoto bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Polak is rocked!

Mishimoto clinches with his opponent.
Oh Polak is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Mishimoto obliges.

Mishimoto escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mishimoto lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Polak can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Mishimoto and Polak drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Mishimoto.
