The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dre dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Diesel. That did some damage!
Diesel looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Dre fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Diesel has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Diesel closes the distance looking to clinch
and Dre counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Dre with the inside leg kick.
Diesel takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Dre connects with a body shot.

Dre moves into the clinch.
Dre looking to throw knees to the head but Diesel is blocking nicely.

Dre jumps guard and drags Diesel to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Dre has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Diesel should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Dre has tightened it up now! Diesel should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pleimelding closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Pleimelding wants to pass to mount but Pawlikowski is defending the position.
Pleimelding looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Pawlikowski with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Pleimelding is nestled in close to Pawlikowski, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Pawlikowski is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Pleimelding thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Pleimelding stands up over Pawlikowski, holding on to his feet. Pleimelding throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Pawlikowski is out cold! Pleimelding lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!

Reeves feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Reeves has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Grand Admiral Thrawn opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.

Hammer pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Hammer throws a lazy body kick
and Glover cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Glover scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Hammer is looking to land body kicks.
Glover tries to counter by clinching up but Hammer breaks away and moves out of range.
Hammer throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Glover's waist but Glover gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hammer off to one side.

and Glover counters with a two punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Glover counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Hammer throws a wild hook but Glover just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Hammer gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Glover raises his hands in celebration and walks away!

Joe Glover spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
