The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turpasauna throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Key sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Turpasauna will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Turpasauna moves out of range as Key strikes.
Key tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Turpasauna paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Key throws a leg kick but Turpasauna sees it coming and moves out of range.
Turpasauna swats away the attempt to clinch by Key.
Braydon Key seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Key lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Turpasauna at a distance.
Key throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Turpasauna lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Key misses with a double jab.
Turpasauna works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Turpasauna misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Key.
Turpasauna shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Key as he avoids it easily.
Key scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Key tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Key throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Turpasauna on the side of the head.
Turpasauna jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Turpasauna walks straight into a right hand from Key - that's dropped him! Key jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Turpasauna from any more punishment! Turpasauna complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
