The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosby shoots for a double leg takedown but Reem sprawls well. He's pushed Cosby's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Reem thinks about countering with a body kick.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Cosby has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Yashin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Frank will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Yashin is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Frank with a body shot.
Frank fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Yashin avoids it really well and circles away.
Yashin tries to counter by closing the distance.
Yashin lands a body shot.
Everest Frank seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yashin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Yashin wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Everest Frank. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Yashin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Yashin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Frank takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Frank turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Frank manages to end up in side control.
Yashin is trying to control Frank's posture but Frank avoids it.

Yashin tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Frank wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Yashin is working to avoid the ground and pound but Frank connects with a decent elbow.
Frank has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Yashin is looking for a sweep.
Frank lands a nice forearm strike.
Yashin is looking to regain half guard here but Frank keeps moving and retains side control.
Frank creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Yashin can't do much from the bottom here.
Yashin is working to avoid the ground and pound but Frank connects with a decent elbow.
Frank cracks Yashin with a big elbow.
Frank will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Yashin tries to buck Frank off but Frank is having none of it.
Frank lands a strong strike to the head of Yashin. That's dazed him! Frank looking to finish here. Yashin is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Frank lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Cotroni blocks a head kick by Tumnus.
Tumnus rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cotroni moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tumnus slips a straight right by Cotroni.
Cotroni loads up on a big right hand but Tumnus slips the punch.
Cotroni definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
