Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camacho tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Thomas paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Thomas shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Thomas was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Camacho definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Camacho just misses with a punch to the body.

Thomas shoots in and bounces Camacho off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Thomas gets to his feet. Camacho looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Camacho dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Thomas. That did some damage!
Camacho throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Camacho throws a shot from downtown. Thomas moves away and avoids it.

Thomas manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Camacho on his heels. He'll look to pass Camacho's guard now, I'm sure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Thomas decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Thomas closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Camacho quickly recovers to half guard.

Thomas stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Camacho to get to his feet.

Thomas lands a huge takedown. Camacho is out but the ref is slow to react and Thomas lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Camacho lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.

Horrible takedown attempt by Tate or perhaps it was just good defense by Braddock, which made it look bad.
Tate will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Braddock takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
